Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown, TX

Room AC very good. Clean hotel. Breakfast was over 5 stars! Staff super nice:) they even gave us water with snack when we did check in. They have indoor basketball court, movie theater inside, virtual golf. Would definitely stay there again!!

This property is very clean.

The breakfast was great the rooms were spacious and the the staff was top notch.I plan to come back again next year and the hotel is super clean. Nothing to dislike the facility is close to everything downtown especially the convention center

The room was comfortable and large with a nice view (10th floor corner). Attractive furniture. The valet was polite, quick, and very helpful with luggage etc.. The location. The hotel is “pet friendly” only in that it allows pets. However they have no place around the hotel with grass, except 3 blocks to a local park - filled with addicts & homeless. I’m a single mom and I felt very unsafe after dark! I had to have my 15 yr old daughter (and our 2 phones obvi) go with me just so there were two of us, with her twin waiting in the room on alert in case we didn’t return! There was a man passed out across the sidewalk at 10pm at night, broken glass all over - especially in the little bit of dirt at the base of trees in sidewalk, so we had no choice but to keep walking around til my yard-trained dog finally gave up and went on the concrete. As for our suite - the sink in the kitchen flooded the countertop if turned on, and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We were there 1 night only, had scheduled activities to get to on time, and didn’t want maintenance in our room while we were gone, so we just got through it. If Homewood Suites is representative of Hilton these days, how far the mighty have fallen…

I don't like paying for parking especially if I'm paying a hefty price for my room, I think it's being greedy especially any price over $10, why charge guest that are paying close to $150-200 a night for parking!!!!!!

Very comfortable, nice room with everything you need. Very nice shower. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We appreciated the basketball court, fitness room and pool tables.

Room was spacious, location is a touch, touch a bit out. Clean property, clean room, friendly staff. I would recommend this property.

Downtown area Parking could've been better

The staff were all amazing, amenities we beyond what we thought. Valet was the best!! Everything, can’t wait to go back

Wish they had a protected parking garage that did not require valet. I love the valet, but $40/day was a bit steep for me. Homeless are abundant in the vicinity so a smoking area would have been nice or if they had rooftop/balcony situation.

This hotel was definitely one of the worst. They didn’t have enough towels to support everyone that was there. They were so short staffed they told us housekeeping doesn’t clean the room every night. I would definitely not stay here ever again if I can help it.
