Daytona Beach Club Studios

We booked six nights beginning of the week we stayed somewhere else due to Hair all over the sheets and the room clearly wasn’t cleaned well. The toilet only flushed about half the time. The remote had no batteries. The AC was set to 66 but never got cold. The room had an awful, stale smell the entire stay. Curtains were so thin it was like daylight in the room at night. My husband was bitten by something and his arm swelled. Hard rock music blasted late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom breaker blew; we told owner was advised he would let the hoa know and no one fixed it. They gave us only five towels for five people for six days. Absolutely unacceptable from top to bottom. One star.

Stay was overall ok, probably wouldn’t stay again. We were in a room booked for four people, 4 days, we were provided only 4 towels total and only were able to get more when we randomly ran into a cleaner who had to “ask her boss” if we were allowed more towels. The beds were uncomfortable but that was to be expected with price and style of hotel. Lastly the parking was horrible if you have a larger vehicle.

The room we booked was not the room we were given. Also, the room had poor amenities.

The location was good. The room was not cleaned well at all. Dead bugs and hair in the bathroom. The tub floor was broken. The dishes and glasses were dirty. Towels had dirt and stains on them. Very difficult to get service for new sets of towels and toilet paper. No real communication from staff.

Entire room spelled like a burnt house and marijuana, couldn’t sleep kept waking up thinking something was burning. Glass all over parking lot, pool non existent, sand all over the floors upon arrival

Unit 207 was perfect. Nice view of the beach. The room was clean and equipped with essentials for cooking a meal. The area is quiet. Excellent communication with the owner.

Very misleading profile of room. The pictures are outdated and the hotel is beachfront but the room is not.

Close to the beach; don't anticipate being able to have a beach front view though, as we were faced to a parking lot. Stovetop was cracked & only small burner could be used. Had to contact the unit owner (via text because theres no front desk) about the floors & shower being dirty, dirty drapes with holes, supplies that were supposed to be provided being unavailable, and various things being broken and the only solution was having someone mop the floors. Fine to get out of the house for the night but wouldnt expect much, at least the unit I was in.

The first thing we noticed was it was difficult to get to the room. We spent 30 minutes trying to gain access to the room. Once in poolside, no pool just dirt. Than I noticed the $--- room charged $--- to my card with a $25 fee and & $59 fee.

Pictures were deceiving, full bed shown as a king, sofa bed small, room estimate about 300 SF, no amenities, view out windows total construction, no attendants , rate a one out of a 10being the best, I thing Expedia should look into this facility, my guest and I left immediately and checked into a beautiful resort in same block

Host gave the keycode to his next guest early and they arrived to the room and walked in as I was getting into the shower. I was there alone as a female and it left me quite shocked! I called my sister to drove to me from 2hrs away and the host didn’t even have a second parking pass to allow her to stay nor did they reimburse a parking pass gor the inconvenience.

This hotel was nothing that was in the pictures. It was extremely dirty with flies all over the room. It smelt and was very run down. The walls were dirty along eith the appliances. The bed had the thinnest blanket and was extremely uncomfortable.
