Americas Best Value Inn Denver

Booked to use the pool but was under maintenance and did not any type of reimbursement. Was close.to.the Denver airport which was the main reason booked. Got there in under 20 mins. SUPER loud in the middle of the night with so many cars reving engines at the Denny's across the way. Bedding was cigarette burned and disgusting. We threw it off. My mom told me that she got bug bites from the bed. Stayed in a lot better places for the price!

Very old and run down. Nothing like the pictures show. Room was not cleaned well, outside was disgusting and smelt like a combination of urine and vomit. Would not have stayed if we had arrived earlier in day to find new lodging.

Felt like I was in the TV Show my name is Earl. Definitely a cheap stay.

Place was absolutely disgusting, there was literally bugs crawling around on the desk. The refrigerator didn't work, the room smelled like body odor, the pool was closed. The only good thing was that the person working the front desk was nice enough to offer me a refund on my second night when I decided to leave early. No questions asked he just refunded me.

I did noticed some small roaches in the bathroom. Carpet is old and torn in areas.

Get what you pay for.

They might as well have filmed an episode of Breaking Bad in this place. It absolutely reeked of smoke, detector was pulled off the wall, baseball-sized burn hole in the comforter, open bar of soap on the counter, dirty bathtub, a metal pipe sticking out of the bed, black streaks on the wall, every piece of furniture was odd and damaged in some way, even a man standing staring into the room next door. That’s not even discussing the lack of cleanliness, but that’s probably obvious. We immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a refund, but because we purchased on Hotels.com, we couldn’t get a refund, so instead he moved us to a different room. It was a bit better, but we still slept in all our clothes, on top of the blankets and left as soon as we possibly could. Oh, and at about 3:30am, a group of guys stood outside our room to chat loudly and laugh for about an hour. 10/10 would not recommend.

Room I was staying in need some work to be done but otherwise bed was comfortable and shower good

Roach infestation, dumpster fire very rude front desk when I just needed till Tuesday morning and was unlawfully evicted

It was dirty and had stains everywhere, I made the mistake of booking it last minute and didn't see the reviews

Absolutely nothing

The room was very outdated and ran down. The carpets ware slick greasy looking nasty. The room was crawling alive with COCKROACHES there wasn’t 1 wall that didn’t have bugs on it I was so worried about sleeping in such a nasty dirty room with those COCKROACHES. That we went immediately back to front desk and checked out. And asked for a refund!!

The Breakfast was very limited, would have at least like to have cereal. Only had toast, bagel, and little muffins and oranges. Could have less cockroaches and better linens. Also the parking lot was nasty like nobody went to clean. Looked like they just didn't care how it looked.

Nothing, got bit by bed bugs The room, it all was horrible.

The guy checking me in was nice..thats it though Where do I start used condoms on the sidewalks in the back more used condoms on the stairwell up to my room you get into the room smells dogs and pee there's blood squirts on the walls and people using needles this little baggies of what had drugs in it in the nightstand still it look like hair with growing in the freezer it smelled so bad it was terrible absolutely the worst hotel motel whatever you call that thing I've ever stayed at my entire life and I have seen some crappy places by far the worst and I've been to a lot of different states

Stay anywhere else but here. The room was nasty. Mirror was cracked, beds were awful, bathroom was disgusting and the whole entire room smelled like weed.
