Americas Best Value Inn Denver

Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very helpful. The bad experience came from the cleaning staff. While regular checkout time is 11am, we were given an extra hour as we had a late checkout for a severely delayed flight and we had 3 kids. The first cleaning lady gave me an attitude when I explained to her that we were being given an extra hour. She got defensive, arumentative, and then gave me a dirty look before leaving. Then at 11:52am I had another lady come banging at our door aggressivley. I explained the same thing and she tried to rush me out told me it's almost 12pm. I explained that we were in the middle of getting ready to make sure we leave on time. I have never had such a frustrating experience with the cleaning staff before.

We ended up going to stay at a different place. Don't use the photos as reference for this hotel, they are not even of the same property. Absolutely disgusting hotel and dishonest advertising.

Coachroaches. NO air conditioning.

Mold in the ceiling, roaches all over! We didn't even sleep more than a few hours and left!

Most of the hotel was not very clean. Broken glass all over, used condoms on the walkways. Very unsafe area. Loud arguments happening late at night. My first room had blood on the sheets. We cut our stay short by a day because it was dirty and unsafe. Staff was very friendly

Without exaggeration, the single most disgusting filthy 'motel' I have stayed at. Beyond imagination. How does this place pass health inspections?!!

The rooms had bugs

Booked to use the pool but was under maintenance and did not any type of reimbursement. Was close.to.the Denver airport which was the main reason booked. Got there in under 20 mins. SUPER loud in the middle of the night with so many cars reving engines at the Denny's across the way. Bedding was cigarette burned and disgusting. We threw it off. My mom told me that she got bug bites from the bed. Stayed in a lot better places for the price!

Very old and run down. Nothing like the pictures show. Room was not cleaned well, outside was disgusting and smelt like a combination of urine and vomit. Would not have stayed if we had arrived earlier in day to find new lodging.

Place was absolutely disgusting, there was literally bugs crawling around on the desk. The refrigerator didn't work, the room smelled like body odor, the pool was closed. The only good thing was that the person working the front desk was nice enough to offer me a refund on my second night when I decided to leave early. No questions asked he just refunded me.

Not much The first room we were assigned already had someone in it, the second one the towel hanger had broken off the wall and the towels were all over the floor and the place smelled like smoke, and the third and final room was just better than the last one but still not good. There was garbage everywhere, the bathtub was gross and every towel I used had stains or hair on it or both. The place was absolutely disgusting and then beds were uncomfortable

I did noticed some small roaches in the bathroom. Carpet is old and torn in areas.

Very dirty, stained carpet, toilet didn't work right, cockroaches and other bugs in the room, bathtub had cigarette burns all over it in a non smoking room.
