The staff are always so helpful! And the pool is always clean and ready.

Good safe/large parking lot for larger vehicles. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. 4 hotels in the area and nothing but fast food to eat. The room was clean and neat, but maintenance was lacking.

Friendly helpful staff but the property had a few problems with doors and toilets. The hot tub barely worked as well.

Clean room with space and free parking

Ac in our unit didn’t work and no room to put us in checked out early due to this reason. Hotel is nice staff was friendly.

Room was comfortable. The layout takes some getting used to. Food is really good and griedbly stagf.

I booked this for the MCM factor. I expected it to have a few run down portions. IT WAS NOT. We'll maintained, great pool, nods to this beautiful MCM queen in the rooms. I will absolutely stay again just to hang out. This place IS a destination.

Worked for our needs. would stay again

I would like someone from the property to contact me. Our television never worked. We mentioned this the first night we were there. Was told maintenance would fix the next day. No one ever came. When we called the second night to ask if anyone did anything the front desk girl said she had no idea with no intention or interest to investigate. We had to ask her to do it. Even then she said she will see. Also second night as we got back in our room a young girl ran down the hallway screaming she needs help and she’s scared. We called front desk and I told the girl the room number and told her this girl is saying she’s scared and needs help. I provided the room number and the front desk girl only said okay I’ll get there as soon as I can. She never did. Other hotel guests had to come out of their room to help this girl calm down. She argued with her family outside the room apparently she had mental issues but hotel staff never showed up nor asked us if everyone was okay. Night staff needs to be retrained on customer service it’s not safe to have someone working the desk that isn’t looking out for the property and its guests. Even if busy it’s no excuse to not even follow up.

Continental breakfast was great for our family (with two small children). The pool was a lot of fun for my kids. The hotel itself, and our room, were clean and very well taken care of. The staff was wonderful!!

Overall it was a decent experience. The room was a little dirty with stains and liquid on the desk. The back lot where we had to park our big truck was a little sketchy. Random people working on their cars at 11pm, but it was well lit. As we drove across country it was a good stay.
