It’s Very terrible and dirty

Description was mispresented. Not near airport at all. Forfeited the money because of misrepresentation.

Rooms was disgusting only reason I didn’t make a big deal because it was the cheapest around my girlfriend completely cleaned the whole room and we went and bought bed sheets to put over what they had and basically everything was broken in the room

Rooms and location are ok. I got to the property to check in and was told they couldn’t find my booking.com reservation. I called booking.com customer support but between the long wait and hard to navigate ai Menu I didn’t have time to wait so Victor and Katie upsold me a room at the current hotel price. However, right when I finished paying for a new room Victor was able to find my reservation to cancel it.. no one from the hotel property or booking has made any attempt to make this right so they both have lost a customer..

Checked into a non smoking room smelled liked an ashtray, swapped rooms same smell, but this room had stained sheets, restroom was dirty and curtains had holes in them. Save your money and go somewhere else

Staff was very fast and friendly rooms are in terrible shape no fridge no microwave bathrooms are tore apart around sink shower was very dirty definitely not a family place too stay was just passing through and stayed until 7 am checked in at 11 pm property is loud from other guests will not stay there again ac in the room didnt work well at all either

Room was decent, the staff were courteous and overall I had a good stay

The staff was very nice The room shown and described on the booking page is representative of only some of the rooms that have been remodeled, however, several of the rooms have not been remodeled and we were put in one of those rooms so what I booked was not what I was given and what I booked was not available despite my having reserved the room a week in advance. It felt very much like a bait and switch. We could not stay there because of the conditions of the room and we checked out within an hour of arriving and we were not given any of our money back

Nothing. Had roaches AC did nothing and had roaches. The staff was friendly and kind

Cleaning is good and very quiet. Everything is good.

Stains everyone on the beds and sheets like blood and some type of weird liquid. stains on the walls. Ac did not work. Smelled a strong odor when in the room. Was not able to get a refund

Nothing Bad room, un hygienic as smell was coming. Had no elevator. The staff gave me the room on 2nd floor. Had to carry all the heavy baggage upstairs.

Homeless everywhere parking lot was disgusting broken things everywhere

Close to hospital were I had surgery, low price, quiet Not sure sheets were clean, bathroom sink faucet had only very hot water, lacked coffeemaker, microwave, frig, no breakfast

I really enjoy the cops in the parking lot they had cool lights on the roof lol I think we all need to get along like quick fast like picachu one love one love one love one love

Wasn't very far from the airport and there was a Denny's nearby and the gas station.

The hotel was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and welcomed us with extra towels! Easy parking and access to the highway and train station. The bathroom sink only had scalding water so brushing your teeth or washing your hand was a challenge. There was a little construction noise but none at night. The hotel is near a train station that did not look safe.

Except staff service everything else is bad.
