La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Gateway Park

Goof location, easy to park.

Many sketchy people outside.

Great staff, clean room

Don’t believe the reviews. They have QR codes in the elevator telling people that if they leave positive reviews, they can come get a snack out of the store. This is a very rundown La Quinta. I have loved this chain for many years, but this is the worst one I’ve been in. There was one outstanding person at the front desk named Melissa, but the others were not good. I was double charged for my room and Julissa refused to even contact anyone to find out what happened. She said they only charged me once and even when I showed her that it had been built twice to my credit card in different amounts, she would not do anything.There was someone making noise at one in the morning and I called the desk and she said she would check on it and call back. And she called back and didn’t say anything. It was so weird. So I called her back and she didn’t even answer. I’d have no idea what was going on there. There are much better choices in the area. Don’t choose this one.

The facilities were clan and safe. The breakfast was okay. There were restaurants in the same parking lot to eat at.

The sofa is too short also the TVs are programmed just to watch through the internet by Android and you can't connect your own antenna to watch spanish channels other than that good location.

The staff was amazing. The night check-in lady was very nice and patient with me.

The property was dated but ok. The property is in an out of the way location. It is basic accommodation.

I like the fact I wasn't .interrupted by anyone the whole time I stayed there thank you There ain't much I didn't like except maybe the regular channels on the t.v and could not figure out what station was what

Hotel is outdated and needs some upgrades.

Super clean; housekeeping did an amazing job! Every day we came back to a spotless room! All the staff members were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful! Breakfast was delicious every day, as well! Would definitely recommend!

The room was really clean and the free breakfast was great.

The room was clean however was unable to turn on the water to take a shower. It was 5:00 am so was useless to notify the front desk. There was no water for each occupant in the fridge which was supposed to be included. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be a $100 deposit required when checking in. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, convenient to Anschutz Medical Center. Pet fee— wasn’t expecting it at La Quinta I chose La Quinta bc I had my dogs with me.

Good breakfast clean room would stay again
