Spark by Hilton Denver East I 70

We loved the pool staying open late and the staff was amazing ! Awesome views of lakes and mountains !

The room was clean the bed very comfortable but housekeeping did not clean behind the furniture and they only had feather pillows for somebody who's allergic to feathers not good so there was no pillow available for my stay paint with peeling in the bathroom there was no safety match in the shower and they only had one safety rail pretty used 2.

Good location, friendly staff. A few items in room in need of some maintenance, but overall a pretty decent stay.

Nice hotel and conveniently placed. Staff were kind and helpful. Towels in the bathroom were dirty but staff was able to get me new ones.

Staff was helpful nice and pleasant!! Had a little hick up of a noice that was outside the room and it was fixed right away , very clean place and a lot of places to eat around walking distance

Very friendly and helpful staff and check in was easy. The room was exactly as pictures described. Check in was easy as well as check out. The breakfast offered was as described and perfect.

Great stay!

Adequate parking, located near food and fuel and other amenities, right off the freeway, can see the mountains in the distance, continental breakfast muffins bagels toaster cream cheese oatmeal cereal milk juice and a couple other things. Very clean dining room, clean pool clean hot tub, very friendly staff very helpful and intuitive awesome front desk workers. Reasonably priced, good stay!

Breakfast was horrible no variety

While the staff was friendly, our room was not very clean, the bath tub didn’t drain, and we had an issue with bedding that couldn’t be resolved. The manager was very sweet and helpful to her ability.

I booked two King rooms at Spark by Hilton Denver East I-70 through Hotels.com and chose this property specifically because of the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. At check-in, we were told that there was no second room available and that the hotel was fully booked, despite our confirmed reservation for two rooms. After a lengthy discussion, the front desk eventually gave us another room. When we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been prepared for new guests. The bed appeared to have already been used, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room, and food had been left behind on a table, making it clear that the room had previously been occupied and had not been properly cleaned. It was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Rather than showing concern or trying to resolve the issue professionally, they were rude and acted as though we were bothering them simply by asking for the room we had already paid for. We felt unwelcome and were treated as an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Overall, this experience was far below what I expect from any Hilton-branded hotel. Pretty good before a flight . Little loud by the highway

Lovely hotel. Breakfast was disappointing (no waffles, eggs, etc)

The only negative was that we were by the elevator and it was noisy.

Could not get into my room after a 17 hrs drive, went down stairs multiple times complaining that I could not get in. Has to have receptionist open my door everytime to go in which was an invasion of my privacy. I asked for another room since I had booked this hotel a week advance, had to stay in this room and couldn't even leave to get food.

It was a great stay to catch an early flight.

Comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly staff. I was able to text the front desk about a barking dog. The elevator made a noise audible several rooms down, and happened every ten seconds till about 10pm it felt like, but I slept through it. Free parking, and only 11 miles from the airport- a much better deal than any airport hotels. The tile in the bathroom was not installed properly, but everything was very clean. I would recommend!
