The hot tub and pool area were great! The room was clean but the air condition would only go to 66 which did not cool down the room when its 100° outside.
-
Nice hotel with large rooms. Clean and comfortable beds/sheets.

The rooms are spacious, updated, and inviting, and I always enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast is also a great benefit and makes it easy to start the day. The location is especially convenient, with restaurants, stores, and freeway access nearby. It is also easily accessible by public transportation. Travelers can take the light rail from the airport to Peoria Station, transfer to the bus, and be dropped off directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is only about 20 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express East to anyone visiting the Denver area.

AC was not cooling. Had a horrible sleep. We checked in close to 12 am.. close to 4am came to know ac is not cooling and we were sweating. Never want a technician to wake up my kids.

Throughout the stay, marijuana odor repeatedly filled the fourth-floor hallway and stairwells. Even more frustrating, our room keys stopped working at least 15–20 times, forcing repeated trips to the front desk despite keeping them in the provided protective sleeves. When I asked about leaving two days early, the front-desk employee was helpful and led me to believe it could be accommodated. After departing, however, I was told the remaining Expedia nights would not be refunded. I contacted the hotel manager, Raquel, multiple times seeking reasonable consideration for the unused nights and the significant inconvenience. My request was denied, and she eventually stopped responding. The staff—including Steve, Jordan, and the breakfast team—were genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, management’s refusal to offer any accommodation or even continue the conversation overshadowed their good work. I have stayed at Holiday Inn properties for many years. This experience, and particularly the way it was handled afterward was deeply disappointing. What makes this especially disappointing is that the problems themselves could have been resolved with a small measure of understanding and customer service. Instead, after years of choosing Holiday Inn properties, I was left feeling that my loyalty, patience, and good-faith was ignored.

Nice, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby.
-
Staff was extremely nice, the only plus I can give. Very very terrible location, homeless people passed out sleeping on the property and digging through trash cans. AC unit in the room was in poor working condition, swimming pool was dirty and dated, breakfast had a lot of out of stock or broken appliances, no working ventilation fan in the bathroom, paper thin walls, heard every room door slam and noise in the hall.
-
Great hotel and location restaurants and stores are in walking distance very convenience the only down fall is the parking lot is shared with the other hotel next-door so most likely you have to park in the back of the hotel!
