.The place has stoves, but no pots or pans to cook with. So bring your own. OR you can wait for days like I did until one becomes available. On the first day I was told they were in storage and were going to send someone to get it. At least tell me you don't have one and can't afford to buy one for the guests and I'll buy my own. .Safety? The safety latch on my door was broken off. I was told someone will come to fix it. No one ever came. .Handle on the kitchen sink to turn on the water was broken off or intentionally taken off. (It's a screw on.) .Free breakfast? Not even a continental breakfast. Just a mini muffin, +1oz nutri bar, and/or packs of instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. No bagel, juice or fruit. They did furnish napkins and stirer, though. .Three roaches and one waterbug. I called front desk to ask for roach spray. The attendant said they didn't have any. (I think she was subbing for someone, because when i mentioned it the next day they pullout out a can and showed that they do have it on hand. .Shower curtain es either installed wrong or too short. It wouldn't stay in the tub and the floor got soaked. .Room was dark and dreary. I kept all the lights on. .Before the day was over I called the executive office since i was getting nowhere with mgmt. My room was changed to a better room, but still no pots or pans. This was the room 26th the 3 roaches and waterbug. Oh, no working pool. The female workers were pleasant and helpful though.

The room was clean but the hallway and stairs were super dirty. The bathroom needs and update as well. For one night it was ok.

Roaches all over the place and I was supposed to be reimbursed for 2 nights and haven’t received a penny.

Was ok for one night, breakfast its to go only , rooms are big but the pillows are very uncomfortable, mattress supposed to be queen but no , was double size ,no trash bins in room , night lamp are totally rusted, its a basic hotel . Not exceptional at all.

The door in my initial room did not lock. The room I was moved to had mold on the ceiling, dirty lamp shades, the chair in the room had a lot of dust and dirty on it, there were no trash cans in the room, the hotel phone did not work, the hot water did not work well, in the 6 night stay no one came to clean or bring fresh towels and there were roaches in the bathroom. The photos displayed on Expedia are photos of renovated rooms from newer locations.

The staff was very nice, but the room was dirty and in need of repair.

There were cockroaches in the cabinets and on the bed. Do not stay here

No alquilen esta propiedad no es nada parecido a las fotos y el olor a cigarrillo y humedad es horrible nosotros llegamos a ella pagamos las dos noches y cuando entramos a las habitaciones nos tuvimos que ir pedimos reembolso y después de 2 meses no hubo apoyo ni de ellos ni de booking para recibirlo. Nada

It had roaches. The staff was very helpful, but the roaches were terrible.

*The unit had a stove top, but no pots, plates, utensils, dish soap. I requested this unit with stove top for a reason. We ended up eating out. Couldn't use the stove top. Don't offer it if you can't accommodate all that is also required. * last 2 days the shower water was only cold water.

Our room was very neat and clean, it’s set up kind of like an apartment so there’s a fridge and stove which is nice for those staying longer. The breakfast was your usual continental style breakfast but it was also nice

AC was not working in unit. Had to change rooms. Not a real breakfast. Just muffins and coffee.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot big and easy to park.

The breakfast was muffin and cafe to go , really bad.

Pool is closed since covid. Overall was a little disappointed compared to years ago.

Nothing Upon arrival the receptionist was on the phone don't know if it was personal but was waiting for her approximately 12 minutes before she acknowledged me and said hello,that was the beginning. Too many things to mention not enough space.The pool was broken since the COVID-19 epidemic still not fix.(No excuse).That wasn't listed on the website. No Pillows, No coffee pot,etc. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Won't stay there again, even for "Free"...
