Breakfast options very limited

The hotel was not clean. The sink was clogged and would not drain. Bathroom smelled like urine. Fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to evacuate for 30 minutes. Then never told us what caused the alarm to go off.

I got to my hotel 20 minutes early, & checked in but the room was not ready . After waiting 40 minutes, room still not ready, they moved me to another available room. My sink was backed to the top of the sink up . Brought it to the attention of a staff member, and she said she will leave a note for maintenance. Fire alarm had no flashing lights to indicate it was an alarm just the alarm. Once again a safety hazard what if they had death people on the premises and they could not get notification of such . Staff members did a poor job trying to get people out of their hotel . My room door did not close properly. We were gone the whole evening just to come back to our room being not properly closed, after such review the doors had to be really slammed in order to lock . Brought my concerns again that morning before checking out & the only thing the receptionist offered was take it up with Booking.com

It was conveniently located close to the JMA Wireless stadium a quick 12 minute drive. When I attempted to check in the front desk clerk had a brief back and forth with me claiming that I hadn’t paid for my stay. I showed my booking receipt. She then called a manager to look it up. That took about 30 minutes. I was also told by the front desk clerk that the 186 included incidentals. However I was charged an additional $100 at the property for incidentals. The room was not cleaned thoroughly specially the bathroom . There was something brown and hardened in the toilet I scraped it off while cleaning the toilets. The shower wall had smeared hair and something else caked on it. Lastly the fire alarm went off and there was no flashing lights or alarms inside the room. My friend is hearing impaired and had no idea what was going on when I woke her up. This child have ended badly is she was alone!

comfortable room, clean sheets. Staff very polite. window shade couldn’t cover the whole window, brown mystery puddle in shower, lots of misc items/curtains in hallways scattered like trash

When I arrived at the hotel, I was addressed by a woman eating blue takis at the desk and she wiped her nose on her arm and said the reason was due to what she was eating. Her fingers also had blue residue. She did not tell us how to get to the elevators I had to ask. I booked a long room and walked into a two full size bedroom. The water leaked from the tub. People were loud in the hallway. Following morning, there was minimal breakfast options at 8am. Highly disappointed with this stay and would not pay to ever stay here.

Very clean. Comfortable room. Breakfast was great. In-room fan was a bit loud but otherwise everything was fresh, modern and working well.

There was no hot water and the hotel staff did not seem concerned or in any hurry to have the matter fixed
