I’m was make the reservation, dir 4 peoples, one room with big bed and sofa bed, but we coming the hotel, they don’t have available room for 4 people, literally the sofa bed he was for one, and we make improvising buying one inflatable mattress… I and my coworkers was situation really bad. Very good location specifically if heading to Cape LibertyPort. Convenient location, restaurants and mall in walking distance.

All in all a troubling and substandard experience ...

N/A No safe in the room, tax on each item of food and laundry facility wasn't working. We had to use sister hotel next door. Also no microwave oven the room. We had go to ground to use the microwave oven

A large room with plenty of USBs. Paid parking is adjacent to the hotel. But there is nothing within walking distance: no restaurants, no grocery store. Frequent and convenient shuttle to the airport.

No breakfast included. The hotel is expensive and having a free breakfast would make it feel like there was more value.

We checked in LATE — about 1 AM — and the guy at the front desk was wonderful. The they allowed us to sleep in. Beds and room incredibly comfortable. Lobby very nice, even upscale. The elevator looked like a train wreck.

When I am entering into the hotel ,the staff is so rude to answer the questions .

Rooms are large and clean, AC works great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Food offerings were very good and reasonably priced. The desk staff was amazingly patient with our (older) group and helpful arranging shuttle services to and from Newark airport. The shuttles run frequently and the drivers are great!

Right next to jersey gardens for shoppers, very good airport hotel. Front office is very helpful and well trained Location is far away from everything, housekeeping woke me up twice in 3 days ? Best to rent a car if you want to move around

Short overnight stay, hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.
