The Breakfast is OK. On the first night of checking in the door’s lock was jammed and we stuck inside. We are so frustrated about being locked inside the room. My son and I tried so hard for almost 10 minutes to open the door so that his right wrist hurt. Before I asked my son to call the front desk, I was able to open the door. I suddenly rushed down to the front desk for the lock fixing. Around 10.30 PM, the technician came and tried to fix it for 30 minutes and couldn’t fix it. It’s getting very late and we are so tired driving back from upstate. So I asked him to change the room for us. He went downstairs and came back with the new key card of the opposite room. It took us almost 20 minutes to move our unpacked stuffs from room 529 to 530. We went to bed almost midnight. Furthermore, the room 530 was not in a very good condition and hygienic as we saw in the photos. The bathroom’s ventilation fan is full of dust so is the air condition’s grill. The carpet was torn as shown in the photo. The room condition at Comfort Inn JFK was way much much better and cheaper than this room :(

The air conditioner in the room did not cool, hot days, it was terrible There was no hot water in the shower They promised to get back to me with an answer from the hotel manager about giving a credit - they didn't bother to come back and charged full price

The sofa mattress was very bad, the springs were hurting, and there weren't enough blankets because I rented a room for 4 people and there were only blankets for the bed, not for the sofa bed! Otherwise, everything was clean and good!

The star was better than expected. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very comfortable. The only thing was with the shuttle that picked us when we arrived. Nobody told us we needed to call and requested that. The info says it will be available 24 hrs, and we were expecting it would be doing rounds. It needs to be stated to prevent misunderstandings. Other than that, everything was great.

A lot of stains on the wall, carpets and couches. Bathroom walls were slimey. It’s probably cleaned by the staff but stains make everything look dirty and uncomfortable to stay at. The older shuttle driver with glasses was horrible! Throwing our luggages during pick up and drop off. He was recklessly driving, speeding, passing cars even when the lane says no passing. He was on his phone too! He probably was expecting for a tip but with his attitude and service he did not deserve our tip. The younger driver who dropped us off that the airport was nice and polite. He deserved our tip! We gave him the tip that was supposed to be for the kther rude driver. We do not recommend staying at this hotel.
