Exceptional

The front desk staff was so polite, professional, and helpful! The breakfast was delicious (the eggs and potatoes were better than any hotel I've stayed at previously). It was a calm, low-key stay and was a great experience on our trip! Thank you!

Location It is not worth the price, according to the standard of Marriott hotel.

clean room

Served its purpose as a place to lay our heads after a cancelled flight. Door lock was slightly broken in that you had to force the door hard to get it to close. Breakfast was ok.

The Kitchen appliances all worked but needed a good cleaning. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub was rusty so you couldn't take a bath. The soaps are cheap so bring your own. The bed and sheets were fine and the AC worked great. I was there for a week and I never heard a vacuum cleaning once cleaning the hallways let alone the stairs. The breakfast is great and Elizabeth on front desk was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect if you need to go to the mall and the shuttle is perfect only 10 minutes away from the airport. The only thing is the shuttle bus services two hotels and he should of asked which hotel I was going to when I got on. He stopped at the Marriott and I walked in only to find I was at the wrong hotel. LOL!

Just great

The Breakfast is OK. On the first night of checking in the door’s lock was jammed and we stuck inside. We are so frustrated about being locked inside the room. My son and I tried so hard for almost 10 minutes to open the door so that his right wrist hurt. Before I asked my son to call the front desk, I was able to open the door. I suddenly rushed down to the front desk for the lock fixing. Around 10.30 PM, the technician came and tried to fix it for 30 minutes and couldn’t fix it. It’s getting very late and we are so tired driving back from upstate. So I asked him to change the room for us. He went downstairs and came back with the new key card of the opposite room. It took us almost 20 minutes to move our unpacked stuffs from room 529 to 530. We went to bed almost midnight. Furthermore, the room 530 was not in a very good condition and hygienic as we saw in the photos. The bathroom’s ventilation fan is full of dust so is the air condition’s grill. The carpet was torn as shown in the photo. The room condition at Comfort Inn JFK was way much much better and cheaper than this room :(

The air conditioner in the room did not cool, hot days, it was terrible There was no hot water in the shower They promised to get back to me with an answer from the hotel manager about giving a credit - they didn't bother to come back and charged full price

The sofa mattress was very bad, the springs were hurting, and there weren't enough blankets because I rented a room for 4 people and there were only blankets for the bed, not for the sofa bed! Otherwise, everything was clean and good!
