If I am ever needing to stay in the area again, I will absolutely be staying here! The hotel was lovely and the staff were AMAZING!! It made our visit so smooth and easy!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and our room was not cleaned during our entire stay.

Hotel Shuttle does not run as advertised. There are other hotels on the same street (International) … take their shuttle as it comes more frequent (and then walk across the street). Also, the other hotel shuttles are much more clean and nice. Staff is not that helpful. Rooms are decent and clean. Some bathrooms are updated, however some are not… with bathtub enamel appearing very dirty.

Our stay started with the staff not being able to find three of our four rooms. The staff then made rude/snarky comments about how it was going to be a "great" day and that they needed coffee. One of the rooms they finally gave us was double booked and one group had to stay on a different floor. One of our rooms had to have keys remade every single day because it stopped working. They put our rooms into "maintenance" and only one of their computers worked to make keys so every time a key has to be remade it took 30+ minutes. The showers were so hot our group was literally peeling everytime they got out. There was either no water or scorching hot water. This happened in three of our four rooms. There was no pool as advertised. Our reservation said 4 people per room but the rooms come stocked with only two towels. They don't perform ANY housekeeping during your stay unless specifically requested. Even when requested they do the bare minimum. One room had the beds made and the garbage taken out. No additional towels, or toilet paper, they didn't even vacuum. Another room had the dirty towels taken away and that's it. There were exactly three people on staff that didn't seem like their life was so miserable that they had to take it out on everyone else around them. One was the shuttle driver and the other two were gentlemen who worked nights. Everyone else were not only clearly unhappy to be there but some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

I wish breakfast included fresh eggs or more diverse fruit, room was clean and service was good.

I expect more options in the breakfast and highly disappointed with the price I paid. Also, I don't like the paid parking facility. you must give the free parking for the guests if they are staying 2 or more days.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was much better than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

I would love to have a magnified small mirror (for shaving or make up) but most places don’t have that. The gym was huge and awesome. The shuttle made the stay extremely convenient.

Our flight was cancelled and needed a hotel for the night which provided shuttle service to and from the airport. This hotel was a short drive to/from the airport and offered a decent breakfast. The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant - Ruby Tuesday was right beside the hotel. A favorite of ours - just walked there for dinner and had great service. Overall - we enjoyed our stay for the night/morning.

Great location to kill time when your flight gets cancelled - close to outlet mall. Super friendly staff.

Nice hotel by the airport with restaurants and mall all within walking distance. Small offerings for breakfast. Weak coffee.

The room is clean but the front of the hotel is under construction so its not so easy to get in for disability.
