It was very quiet and staff was nice! The bathroom had hair all over the shower that didn't belong to us. Also had build up near the sink.

It’s close to the airport. The lobby was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. There were gnats flying around the room. There was also ants in the bathroom. There were hairs from a previous guest on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower.

Check in was smooth and the security deposit procedure was explained. This applies even if you’ve prepaid. We were assigned a room next to the elevators which caused noise problems into the evening but understand that these rooms have to be allocated to someone when the hotel is at high occupancy. Room was comfortable, a little dark and stuffy at first, windows don’t open so you’re relying on the air con system. Plenty of toiletries, towels etc and power outlets. A Basic complimentary buffet breakfast included, hot and cold options. Didn’t bother with the airport shuttle as there was lots of negative reviews regarding excessive timing and confusion over where the pick up actually is. Uber from terminal B was very reasonably priced, would highly recommend this purely for convenience. Would consider staying again but there are so many options it really just depends on what the budget would allow for.

Excelent. Kitchen staff were very cute and gentle Shuttle service staff were rude.

Breakfast was average taste but lower variety than I was expecting. Rooms were clean.

Terrible experience with the shuttle.From the airport everyone waiting for shuttles left for other hotels till ours.If we did not call we don't know how long we are going to wait.On the way back we were hoping to get 1:30 pm shuttle ( it says it runs every 30 min ) but the driver decided to take a break and we have to wait another 30 min.Not really helping with the bags too:(.Breakfast ok ( but nothing good for 4 star hotel ) fells like we were in the motel.The stuff really slow to clean up the table.Great thing is the location next to the mall.Good rooms, clean and nice beds

Front desk overcharged me over $100 on my room and refused to correct it for me. Booking.com has the correct rate in their records and my incorrect credit card receipt, so now they have assigned a special team to investigate the issue and get the hotel to issue a credit in order to match the reserved rate! I no longer trust Hampton Inn and will never stay there again!

The room smells like smoke.when I asked desk for air freshener she said she would send one up..2 hours later went to desk with same request..she said someone would be right up..no one came..not friendly..dust in the air duct was so thick and clumpted together I was wondering if that contributed to smell...baked goods at breakfast were never replaced..when asked if there was more..got a quick no and that was it..not a smile from any staff..I'm glad we were only there 1 night
