They don’t have a pool and not bathtub at all, Ice machine didn’t work either and some staff are just rude

When we arrived at the hotel, the first room we were given had a broken AC unit and a broken phone. The manager on duty immediately gave us a different room. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke, had a pubic hair on the toilet seat, and the bathtub was cracked at the bottom. At this point we were too exhausted to ask for yet another room change, so I called the manager and informed him of the cigarette smell, my husband cleaned the toilet seat, and we ignored the tub crack since were were showering instead of taking a bath anyway. The beds were clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious. The ride back to the airport was again, convenient. Hotel management was kind. Both shuttle drivers were grumpy but punctual.

the stuff is the terrible one seen in my life , except one men , the receiption dosn'y say even welcome or smile ohhhh my god ..

Prefer floors and rooms to be more clean

The breakfast was poor. The food offerings.

Our stay was very nice. My only concern was that on check in we were told the airport shuttle ran 24 hours. When we arrived in the lobby at 3:15am we were told the shuttle wasn't running until 8am. The employee at the desk was helpful and arranged for us to get in the shuttle at the hotel across the street.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful

There was nothing about the room or amenities not to like.

The air conditioning was not working in several rooms so they had to move people. The one elevator was also not working. Otherwise it was a decent location

It was close to the airport and had easy access from the highway. The whole facility is ragged. The bed was lumpy and had no support. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. Most important, we booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle running every half hour. On Tuesday it ran very late. But on Wednesday on our way to the airport, we checked out and spoke to the man at the desk. Then we waited outside for the 6 am shuttle. At 6:05 I checked with the desk, and the man told me there was no shuttle until 8 am. He could have told us that at 5:50 when we checked out. Luckily, we did book a ride share quickly and we made our flight. O would not recommend this hotel.

I lowered my rating significantly for one reason. I booked this hotel primarily because of the free airport shuttle and the proximity to the airport. Upon check in, I was told “just come down 15 minutes before the shuttle leaves - they leave on the hour and on the half hour”. Flash forward to 6:00 the next morning. I shower and dress, and scamper to the breakfast for a quick bite. Stopped at the front desk to confirm my presence on the 6:30 shuttle. Man at front desk (not a regular front desk worker) says “oh there ain’t no shuttle - the driver didn’t show up”. I asked what alternate arrangements had been made. He said “oh she’s going to get in a lot of trouble”. Great. But how do I get my flight? I skipped the breakfast, ran upstairs (one of the elevators wasn’t working), grabbed my bags and busted out the door. The folks at the Embassy across the street were gracious enough to let me board their shuttle, and I made my flight on time. Hampton is a nice hotel, but maybe come up with a plan B so your patrons don’t have a virtual panic attack. I gave you my money with the promise of a ride, and didn’t get a ride. And I hope whomever cleaned room 216 enjoyed the peanut butter cups I bought specially for my wife from Trader Joe’s, and that I left behind when I rushed out the door.

Only one elevator working for my 2 day stay. It took aleast 6 minutes to call a elevator. The staff durring the Fire alarm that whent off during my stay just kept on working and did not let the guess know it was ok to return. The fire alarm did not go off until the Fire departement arrived.

Nice and clam

Key was wonderful very helpful and accommodating. However, there was hair on the bathroom floor and sink had a big crack line.
