And the one big scam is the so called “free breakfast”. It is ONLY coffee or hot water for tea. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise it as free breakfast- that is fraud.

We stayed just one night due to an early international flight. Room was clean and beds were nice.

The property was ok the trash rooms were full next to our room and we disnt have a key because the system was down we had to be let in by the staff

Walked in and walked out, handed the key back to front desk because we were not staying there with a child. She said nothing when i said we can’t stay here, i walked out to a gentleman holding his bleeding hand. Definitely a hotel people frequent not family friendly.

Location is good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and good.

We only used it for day use and it was more than enough. The hotel is very old

Location to mall was great. Needs a major upgrade. Pull up the carpets and fresh paint. Water in shower was luke warm. Laundry was out of order. Kitchen has no pots or utensils. Burners totally rusty.

Compared to the many hotel options near EWR, this was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and airport shuttle was efficient. It is also refreshing to see hardwood (simulated) floors instead carpeting - much easier to keep clean. There was no place to sit in front of the hotel or in the lobby. I understand there is normally a couch in the lobby. A bench in front of the Hotel is a good idea for guests waiting for the shuttle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful/ helpful staff, but this property needs major room renovation for cleanliness and remove dirty carpets in the hallway. Breakfast is worse, should have 2 coffee dispensers and need to have more items to call this breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and outlet store. Should be free parking or waived. Next time, I will booked other hotels nearby until this place gets major renovation. Avoid unless you don’t have a choice.
