Floor hallway was not clean.

Excellent place to stay for our family

The location was perfect, very close to the mall and has two restaurants right outside the hotel complex The room smelled musty, the carpet felt like it was washed but not fully dry. I’m guessing that’s why the rooms had that smelled

What did we like about this place?----Nothing! Only that it was closest to the airport. We had no choice but to stay here as we were stuck at Newark Airport for 12+ hours when our international flights got canceled at the last minute. This was the closest pet-friendly hotel, and we needed anywhere to rest our heads -- worst decision we made that night. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk acted like she couldn't care less when we were checking in, like she did not even care, she acted like we bothered her when we walked up to the check-in counter. This place reeked of smoke and pot, and who knows what else. Rooms are disgusting, looked more like a sleazy hotel, we could not guess at some of the stains in the room or even what was the source of those stains. We hightailed it out of there the next morning!

I called the hotel two weeks prior to arrival to confirm if a deposit was required for the stay and I was told no. Upon arrival, that was not the case. I was very upset and the manager took mo responsibility and sounded like a robot repeating the policy, which was NOT the issue. I ended up shortening my stay and still stayed. This hotel is disgusting. The rooms stink, they have carpet with used gum on them, how gross. I saw roaches in my room. The appliances are definitely not cleaned, as the white refrigerator was disgusting. Kitchen items left in the hallway for days. I disinfected the room prior to putting any of my items down. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean but I didn’t like the smell that was coming out.

No shuttle on the weekend. I had to tell the shuttle driver for the hotel across the street that I was staying there.

The room smelled of cigarettes smoke and the fridge made loud noises all night I could not sleep

Fire department need come to building , was definitely upset
