Embassy Suites Newark Airport

Location Staff was clueless, when told evey evening that the (pool) will be open at 6am, but never opened. Bar/restaurant closed early. Room wasn't cleaned/stain couches, carpet was ripped up.

Shuttle from and to the airport. Just across Jersy garden mall. Very comfortable beds. A lot of room. We were able to order food from Uber eat. We had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely do it again!

Shuttle service to the airport The restaurant is horrible. I ordered the salmon for dinner and after checking on numerous times it finally came out 1.5 hours later and it was over cooked and over all a miserable experience. The waiter didn’t charge for my drink so that was nice. I had flown in from Europe and headed to Charleston in the morning so I was trashed and trapped or I would have left. The rest of the hotel is well worn and needs a refreshment of carpet and paint. Very grumpy lady at the front desk and later saw her working the restaurant so they must be short staffed .

Really good breakfast like as usual and location is beautiful and peaceful I always love and prefer embassy suits stay room size curtain styles kitchen counter couch setting of room breakfast every thing . Price was not same as it showed on booking .com . It was little expensive. Exc

The booking caused some issues. We used Expedia to find and book a hotel for an overnight trip. We arrived at the hotel we booked expecting for our payment and booking to be registered, only for them to tell us that they haven't recieved any payment from Expedia. We had to re-book our room and pay again at the counter due to Expedia's error. After the trip, we were then charged again by Expedia. Even after we had booked the room upfront at the counter. We are thankful for the hotel's staff for informing us about Expedia's issue.

That the bus to the airport went every 30 mins through the night We weren't told that the bedding for the sofa bed was in the wardrobe and that we would have to make it up ourselves. So, we went to ask for other bedding...

Asked for more pillows and they were out. Had to get towels at front desk and water was shut down mid morning so we couldn't shower! Other then that it was a nice clean room and enjoyable.
