Chicago O'Hare Airport

I don't. I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel because they don't accept virtual credit card even tho everything was paid already online. But luckily my bank kept my money on hold and I receive my money back. Everything was paid online and they didn't let me stay because I have a virtual credit card.

Breakfast was free but calling it a "buffet" is a stretch. The bed was comfortable and the windows actually opened. The bathtub wasn't clean. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The staff was a bit combative. No coffee in the room. Not enough towels. Room trash never emptied. The location is terrible if you're using public transportation.

Nothing much ! Our pick up from the airport . We wait more than an hour.the room is nice but don't have water,and they don't know about it !

The staff and how big the room was. The drain to the shower was very slow. The room was next to the fitness center so it was loud and was hard to take a nap or watch TV

Other than the convenience it wasn¿t a good experience, the only person who was nice and barley spoke was the older Hispanic lady restocking and cleaning the breakfast bar area the room service was horrible the front staff was very rude as security too Beds uncomfortable security attitude room service no fresh linen or garbage take out rude and disrespectful all around will never be back and had my 3 children with me and they couldn¿t stand the smell from the carpet

Cheap. Would not stay here again. Security Guards @ check in?? Means not a safe place to stay. The Security guards were constantly on there phones.

Nothing The staff was rude harassed me daily about my service dog forcing me to show my service dog ID every day my room was downgraded room was dirty and drug paraphernalia everywhere drug dealers in parking lot kids in hallway all night manager threatened us

Location was good There was a live cockroach in the bathroom I have a picture of it after I killed it

I stayed at this property and found it to be less than satisfactory. First, it is advertised to be a casino hotel. Very misleading and rather false. There is no casino, not even in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Needs some updating. Carpeting in the hallways were worn. Doors dinged up at the bottom.

The employee who checked us in was fantastic and personable. Check in was a breeze. The room was good. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options. The only small thing was a bit of drawing on a lamp shade in the room.

Room smelled, no shuttle available at night and a $50 can ride from airport, loud laughing and rough housing at 1 am so no sleep. Door had light showing around it so could hear every small noise even though I¿m a heavy sleeper. Limited shuttle available

Free Parking Yes saw cockroaches. Sheets were dirty. The slot for the key holder was cracked which made it difficult for the card to work. I asked to change rooms that same day and was told I had to wait till next day. I ended up checking out in the mourning.

Customer service person lie to me about location of hotel.that cast me too much to spend on renting the car and too much fares.

Very nice clean large rooms at a good price!

Proximity to Rivers Casino. Abandoned bicycles outside the property. Caked up dust on fans and ledges. Card key to open room very difficult to operate. Creepy looking rooms.
