Red Lion Inn & Suites Elk Grove Village

We were there for 4 days and didnt have maid service for any days, we had to ask for clean towels on a daily basis. There was a crackhead hanging out in the hotel hallway trying out the hotel room doors. Needless to say, red lion has gone downhill bigtime over the years.

I left the room and hotel 2 mins after walking into the room. The smell of urine and body order made me sick to my stomach. I tried to get a refund the next day but was told by the manager behind the desk that sense I had checked in the window to cancel to receive a refund was not possible.

2 things stand out. There were 3 different textures to the pillows. It made me happy to have choices. The small ramp from the front door to the parking lot was a smooth transition. The room was perfectly adequate. The filter on the AC needed to be cleaned.

The ac worked good it was super dark the room did has a smell but not a bad smell. The light in the bathroom kept turning on because we left the door open. Other then that it was super good

It was quiet—clean Couldn’t access the shower. I just got out of the hospital and I’m dizzy. No walk ins, no shower benches or even grab bars. :(

Only the pictures looked good. Except for comfy bed, for that price I won't be back. Also, it smells like bug spray in room. Door, drawers wouldn't or were extremely hard to open. Refrigerator handle was filthy, issues with TV and bathroom had caulking gone. No coffee maker in room like stated. Ice machine broken. Sadly, it was just a hot mess. Unable to recommend for staying.

Room dirty, whole place needed renovating, TV did not work, Breakfast poor

Nothing Not enough parking spaces , stains on bed/bathroom/walls/sink/floor . Loud a/c near bed . Motion sensors in bathroom triggered in bathroom for no reason throughout the night. Foul smell , uncomfortable to sleep in.

All good for the amount you pay for.
