Bedding had stains on them and bathroom was dirty

The second I walked into the room, I was hit with the unmistakable aroma of cat piss. Not “maybe the carpet is a little musty.” I mean full-on, somebody’s cat has apparently claimed this room as sovereign territory. Then there was the air conditioner, which technically existed, but seemed to be more of a decorative appliance than an actual cooling system. They also advertised a cable package that apparently only exists in legend. The channel selection was nowhere near what was promised, and the television itself looked older than I am. I half expected to find a VHS player underneath it and a Blockbuster membership card in the nightstand. So the experience was basically: hot room, cat piss smell, prehistoric television, imaginary cable package, and me lying there wondering what series of life choices led me to this exact moment. The lion may be red, but the flag should be too.

Clean room, staff very helpful, breakfast was okay. The place needs some kid of update especially at the lobby. Also the smell once you open the front door is too strong, perhaps change the cleaning product.

The place is dirty. The walls are dirty The carpet stained. My room smelled like pinesol. I saw the wipe smear on the headboard and the room was cleaned throughly. I was charged $30 for an 1hour early check-in. I had to chug my luggage up to the 3rd floor because the elevator was out. You get what you pay for. Never again

Easy and reasonably prices

Good location easy to take bus anywhere you like. Breakfast poor choice but great coffee!

Clean Staff could use some people skills

Check in process was quick but once we got our room. We had found a pad in the sofa bed and bed sheets were stained.

We were there for 4 days and didnt have maid service for any days, we had to ask for clean towels on a daily basis. There was a crackhead hanging out in the hotel hallway trying out the hotel room doors. Needless to say, red lion has gone downhill bigtime over the years.

I left the room and hotel 2 mins after walking into the room. The smell of urine and body order made me sick to my stomach. I tried to get a refund the next day but was told by the manager behind the desk that sense I had checked in the window to cancel to receive a refund was not possible.

2 things stand out. There were 3 different textures to the pillows. It made me happy to have choices. The small ramp from the front door to the parking lot was a smooth transition. The room was perfectly adequate. The filter on the AC needed to be cleaned.

The ac worked good it was super dark the room did has a smell but not a bad smell. The light in the bathroom kept turning on because we left the door open. Other then that it was super good
