Motel 6 Elk Grove Village, IL - O'Hare

Everything was Satisfactory

parking was good, check in was quick, room was clean but we did find a few bugs- most likely due to the season and area. staff was understanding and accommodating, we were late to check out but they gave us leeway. water bottle sensor was busted but the fountain and ice machine both worked perfectly fine, and the air conditioner was a life saver. would have liked to be able to opt out of housekeeping while we were out, but they were not intrusive and seemed to just refresh our towels, soap, and replace trash bags. did not use the laundry, vending machines, or microwave, but those were all available.

Room was clean quiet, not bad.

There was no kettle, shower gel, microwave, or refrigerator. When I asked them to clean the room, they didn't do it. There are many guests who smoke marijuana.

Starting with the front desk staff, the customer service was disappointing. They didn't provide the Wi-Fi information or password upon check-in, and they never answered the phone despite our repeated attempts to reach them. The hallways were dirty, and the mattresses were terrible and extremely uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the bathroom in the room was clean.

It was ok for a overnight

Room is basic but clean actually pretty quiet and all being next to O'hare Airport. Bathrooms are smal. Overall satisfied w stay. They even offer room service.

I had a great stay at this Motel 6. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using O’Hare Airport, and the property felt safe and quiet throughout my stay. For the price, the value was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in the Chicago area. Room was smelling

You get what you pay for. It was great for the price. Good friendly cleaning staff, beds were hard and you sink to the middle. Other than that no issues. Can’t complain

This place was so bad

Room was dirty. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. Front desk person was more interested in his phone than helping us get clean towels.
