Gabriel made the visit great with good customer service and always had a smile. However, the other young lady was rude and need to learn how to question or talk to the guest at Wyndam. The advertisement through Epedia (Third party) advertisement Breakfast available, and it fell under the search of complementary breakfast at hotels, so needles to say we were disappointment, and for the agent to be sarcastic, and smart mouth was not cool!

Room was clean, hotel in general was nice and clean. No amenities as is, hotel only 15-16 mins away and no shuttle option, no knowledge of public transportion as in buses, railways around the area.

The place clean and well maintained but no amenities other than an ice machine. Also miles from any food or groceries.

Excellent place for an overnight stay. Close to the airport. Quiet.

Good location, clean and comfortable room and really helpful staff. I was glad they participate in the Park and Fly program and will be back when next flying out of O'Hare

I love to stay here when visiting Chicago. The expressway is right around the corner. Makes it super easy to get anywhere I need. The room has always been cleaned and they have always cleaned my room every day. Staff is always very nice

Very clean property, and rooms. Convenient, short distance from the freeway. Not the best neighborhood though. Parking was free, and additional charge for breakfast. Overall a good one-night experience.
