Really clean and beautiful, pretty new, breakfast was great.

Great access to freeway and close to stores and places to eat. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Close to the airport and the hotel was quiet and clean.

Our whole experience was Amazing!!! Especially Maidiel. He was an exceptional conversationalist.

Nice moderate place to stay. Close to O'Hare airport (ORD) and Allstate Arena. Nice to have the hotel restaurant, if needed. Comfy beds, linens, and pillows. Quiet for sleeping and hotel staff helpful and efficient.

Air conditioning was quiet and kept the room very cool during the heat wave. The room was clean but a little worn. Staff was very friendly.

Nice clean place

Had a great stay here in Elk Grove! The facility is super clean with absolutely no foul odors anywhere. My room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. It’s also very close to the airport, which was super convenient. Plus, the bar and full restaurant on-site have great food and drinks. 5 stars all the way!

Good for a quiet place to sleep and that’s all. No amenities. No restaurants nearby.

The room was clean. There is a Keurig style coffee maker in the room but only 2 pods of dark roast coffee and 2 pods of decaf. Everything else you have to pay for, no free breakfast items or coffee downstairs. Evening staff was attentive, morning check-out staff had to be interrupted from their cell phone. We only had to turn in our room "keys" so didn't take long. We did have dinner in the bar and grill, it was good except for the greasy hash browns. There was only one person running the bar, waiting on tables, and cooking food. Good thing it was practically empty. He was very attentive and did a great job considering all the things he was responsible for.

Great location, very close to O'Hare and not too far from downtown Chicago. Only issue we had was with the TV in our room. The screen was too dark and there was no way to lighten it--despite trying everything we could think of. Also, we did not have a TV channel list in-room and it was tiresome scrolling through the channels to find one we wanted to watch. Would have been great to have been provided with that.

It smelled SO bad.

It was a short stay. We were only there to drop off a family member at the airport at 4 in the morning. So we didn't explore the hotel.
