We were there because of an Airline messing us over and canceling our flight- great help
-
It was great to be able to leave our vehicle at the hotel parking lot when we flew from O’Hare for a week. It is very much in need of updating. Carpets were old and dirty. The breakfast food offerings were scant. Very scant.

Nothing didnt stay. Need refund. The roaches

Shuttle, and front desk staff's attitude
-
The reason we stayed here was because of the amenities pool and gym. The place is very rundown needs a lot of attention speculially the carpets that are so dirty. The walls and paint are all damaged as well as furniture. The pool was out of service and the gym which has 3 machines 2 are broken. There is no room to work out its like a storage room with broken equipment and feels like a sauna since there is no ac. Overall the stay was a bad experience.

The front desk lady was rude, when I asked for next day ground transportation (which they offer) she simply said everything was full without giving me any options, the signs to find the room was very bad, but the lady did not even bother to explained how to make it there, breakfast included starting at 8AM, what about the people that had to leave early? the amenities were dirty, the room did not smell good neither. It was the first time and the last time I stay on a Super 8 hotel.

Coffee machine was out of order for breakfast; hallway carpet was dirty; pool was out of order and staff appeared to not care. Terrible location
-
VERY DISSAPOINTED! Pool was out of order; 'fitness center' was beyond sub-standard. Coffee machine was out of order and breakfast options were terrible. Carpet in the hallways was grossly dirty. Did not realize the airport shuttle hours were limited to only before 7:00 am - had to pay for an Uber to get a ride to the airport at 11:00 am. Definitely will not stay there again
-
OK it was cheap. But it was a dump. Doesn;t help that my flight was late and the free shuttle had stopped running so cost me $43 in cab fare to boot. Everything was run down. SHould have been rehabbed 30 years ago.

The staff is completely indifferent to their guest, and the property is filthy, dirty, badly damaged, with non-working amenities. The breakfast cannot be called that at all as it was disgusting, and they did not have any coffee to offer. Overall, this place should be taken off of Expedia and removed as an option from Wyndham. Complete failure!

The place is in disrepair. The shuttle is a joke. The staff was not helpful
-
The phone number to call for the shuttle was either a busy sound or would ring and ring then we would get hung up on. Finally when we called the main line after waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle from the airport we were told it would be another 40 minutes. The coffee maker was broken so they had no coffee for their breakfast. Pool is closed. Our toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down for a long time. Beds were comfy but in the end I would not stay here again.

My spouse and I checked into our room and were quickly met with numerous deficiencies, some of them would be fine on their own but when coupled together really showcases how poorly this property takes care of their rooms. The carpets were heavily stained (which is something I could certainly overlook), but now add in mucus/boogers smeared over the walls, the dead insects and the stained sheets this was alittle much for our stay. I contacted Expedia and found no resolution. I approached the front desks and was told I was unable to change my room, the desk staff told me MAYBE I could get a new room tomorrow. As anyone looking to be on vacation, this seems to be an extremely unreasonable request. The desk staff pushed aside the issues and said we’d need to “deal with it”. At this point , since my spouse and I weren’t going to stay in this unclean and potentially hazardous room I told the staff we were going to check out. I asked, way the cancellation policy was. When I asked this, the front staff woman became irate, she started to raise her voice, she screamed at us and tried to was extremely demeaning. She refused to contact a manager, refused to say if a policy existed and then said Expedia would need to resolve this issue and not the property.

Airport shuttle: big plus. Also a very accommodating staff: I was stranded for an extra day at O'Hare due to unforeseen flight cancellation and they made an early check-in happen @ 8:30 A.M. for substantially less than i was expecting. Room was clean, no signs of any little hitchhiking arthropods, staff was friendly and responsive to my situation. The facility itself is a little dated: the hot tub wasn't working when I arrived and that would have been perfect after the night I had getting there but was not in itself a dealbreaker. Has a decent breakfast selection for a Super 8, but no hot items. Not going to complain though.
-
Bad points: dirty sheets, pool out of service, coffee maker in breakfast room broken, ice machine on my floor didn’t work, tub was dirty, bath mat was dirty, very few places nearby to get food or other supplies. The hotel is actually the furthest from the airport of all the “airport” hotels.
-
The room was comfortable and clean even though it was an older motel.
-
Nothing is good about this nasty place.
