Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Stains all over the corridor. Carpet had a really bad stink and spots all over. Do the Wyndham corporate staff even check their brand properties? The rooms were barely OK. Not staying here again.

I stayed there four days and nights. Never again.

This hotel was good for a one night stay with a flight the next morning. The staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The shuttle to the airport was limited to “on. The hour” times but they were on time and friendly. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. No complaints.

The shuttle driver was very nice - best part of the stay. When I requested a receipt I was told Expedia would be sending me a receipt- I asked for a copy to make sure there were no charges added while I was still there to dispute it. I received a receipt with noting but $0.00 on it - did not show what I had paid for the room. I would recommend that Wyndham check their property because it is being advertised on their shuttle as: Rated Best Super 8 in US. I’ve stayed at many Super 8 locations that were far superior to this location to the point I’m considering writing to the home office and suggesting that Expedia remove them from their booking site . It was that bad .

The airport shuttle, though it took twenty minutes in a very old vehicle. Generally run down. Communication problematic,

This hotel is absolutely fine. It is clean enough and comfortable enough and for the price it is excellent. The bed was super comfortable. If you are a very particular person you may find it a bit less perfect, but for us it was great. The staff are really nice! It didn't bother me as everything was clean but the blankets had a couple of holes, some of the small towels even though they were clean had some stanes. The bathroom was clean but not absolutely spotless as there was some stain at the side of the bath. So in all I could find faults but for me they weren't significant and the hotel is very good value for money and it is not disgusting at all like some hotels in the same price range

This hotel is exceptional !! I truly recommend everyone to stay here if you visit Chicago. My elderly parents got stuck a O Hare International Airport due to miscommunication in flight delay. They did not have any sim card too. So, they were stuck and can't move out out airport. I called them prior booking for the pick up-drop off service. They were too prompt and cordial. They picked my parents up from the airport, unloaded their lugggaes and checked them in. The did the same stuff the next day to drop them off. The breakfast was nice. They got a safe stay for the night and recharged themselves. Thanks for your excellent service. Special thanks to front desk associate Mia, driver Miguel and other unknown staffs. Thanks a ton!!

Availability on short notice The hallway carpeting was loose & filthy. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced throughout

Superb

The only thing I liked was the room after three changes, the last room was decent because the rest of the hotel is like a Halloween movie! The hotel is so dirty especial the carpet in the hallway 1st floor! The have pictures of the pool in the front page but the pool is closed for months, and the breakfast was so simple, waffles, bread for toast, cereal, milk and juice.

Location Bottle water was not available in the room.
