The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working

The hotel was great pool needed to be t a little warmer and a little more variety at breakfast buffet it was good food though we loved our room staff was very friendly and helpful the elevator worried us cause we heard someone got stuck in it while we were staying there it was a little squeaky to ride ...we will stay again there just hope elevator works better next time..

The breakfast was terrible, pool was ice cold, linens were supposed to be changed and towels replaced, but they weren’t. Ice machines were all broken except one on main floor, they had a small emarket that wasn’t stocked, musty smell to the whole room, bathroom door lock was broken

Plenty of nearby parking. The breakfast bar is a nice plus. Staff are always kind and helpful. A few cosmetic things, in the room, needed attention. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, in the shower, were all empty as well as the lotion and tissues, on the counter. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Still a pleasant stay. Will return…

After a long journey, guests are often left with the choice of either spending additional time outside waiting for check-in or paying extra for early check-in. Extending flexibility for arriving guests or reconsidering the standard check-in time could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Not a bad little place pet friendly construction going on was the only problem but otherwise not too bad

Every thing fine

Staff was very helpful and friendly and hotel was great for an 8 hour sleep stop on our way to West Virginia.

Everyone and everything was great! Even when I had problems getting an incidental charge fixed that was pending for last weeks stay on our way to our destination they were happy to help.

Our room was absolutely gross. There was actual feces smeared on the toilet seat and the light fixture in the bathroom. The was some type of bodily fluid dried on the wall by the bed. The blanket on the bed was filthy and there was a smashed, dead spider stuck on the ceiling. The front desk attendant told be the brown substance on the toilet was “paint”. No, it wasn’t. I cleaned the toilet myself just so I could use it. I would never, ever stay at this dump ever again.

When we arrive late afternoon, we got our room,got our key, receptionist was very nice. Went to the room and since I have had some recent issues with Wyndhum owned facilities, we checked the mattress for bugs and cleanliness. We found no bugs, but what we found was under the sheets on the mattress was blood. Seamen, hair. (UNACCEPTABLE).

I liked that the room was large. What I didn’t like was that the staff didn’t care. The hotel was not clean. The floor was sticky, carpet filthy, window dirty, shower filthy.

The hotel was musty in the hall ways no a/c running throughout building The room was not clean, refrigerator didn't work microwave was dirty dog hair under mattress, shower needed some scrubbing no shampoo or body wash bathroom door was hard to open cracked tile on floor .the fitness center did not have working a/c to hot to smelly to use could not get coffee was told it comes out with breakfast would not ever come back or recommend

Solid breakfast, room was nice... Parking was plentiful
