Room was okay for a 1-night stay. Breakfast was lacking, eggs were gritty - tasted like they were powered, sausage was greasy and hard.

Had to change rooms because of an odor, and the phone didn’t work. Moved to another room, was better but the sheets were stained, and the faucet was loose. The people were helpful

upon arriving to my room, the ceiling was leaking, and there were brown streaks down the wall and into the picture frame. The carpet was completely saturated. When I notified the gentleman at the front desk, he said he would look into it, but did not get up or make any attempt to address the concerns

Very musty smelling rooms, I understand that general environment is humid, but other hotels around do not have that issue. Loud freeway noise, windows needs replacement. Dirty Windows, The door of my room did not lock and did not pay attention for 2 days, expected it to be working, but it did not, scared me. Even though staff were accommodating and provided alternates but rooms had, one of the other issue, some had only couple of lamps working.... For a similar price point found other hotels around. Eventually moved out.

Staff were very nice , room was clean and beds comfortable , breakfast okay , kids really liked the waffles , parking excellent. The only thing that was disappointing was the heated pool was cold , but the room was hot.

The fire extinguishers were two years out of date.The showers had no safety bars my handicapped girlfriend couldn't risk taking a shower. Other wise it was a nice place to stay. Great breakfast

I’ve stayed here before and it was great, but this particular stay was really bad. There was a sticky spot on the carpet in our room and it smelled strongly of dog pee. There was no product in the bottles in the shower. Additionally the bed was smaller than advertised. Super super tiny.

I paid $709 ahead of time for my stay. I then noticed I was getting more charges during my stay. Over $500 in charges. I went to front desk and was told that the charges were released and they were sorry but it would be credited to my account. Here we are 48 hours later. And they still aren’t credited to my account. The worst part is that I needed to stay one more night and because of the over $500 in charges my card was declining the room for one more night. They could care less!!! And said oh well.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and the parking was on-site with no extra charge. Only issue was I went to breakfast at 6:00 am and the eggs and sausage was lukewarm.

Staff was the highlight of the stay, they were very friendly and absolutely willing to help! However the initial cleanliness of the room wasn't great along with the entrance light to our room popping out of place and dangling. I should mention that the incredible staff fixed the light in a Jiffy!

BEWARE!!! Looked absolutely nothing like the photos. It looks like a completely different hotel than the one advertised here. Old, dirty, worn down. An entire baseboard was missing. Old mattress, old air conditioning units. Nothing was as expected. It’s in a not great part of Erie. Did not feel safe at this location. Would also avoid if you’re traveling with an animal: rooms aren’t clean enough to ensure they won’t eat something. Very very strict pet policy. Dead bugs in the room. Shady behavior in the parking lot and surrounding areas, not safe for U-Haul travel. Do yourself a favor and stay on Peach Street when stopping in Erie, that’s where we ended up.

Property is owned by a family, not the corporation. The reason for lower scores were: upkeep (our first room was musty) & amenities (VERY SLOW WiFi). Breakfast was cold & coffee was not good. Limited channels on tv. So basic place to stay.

Good location, convenient, good value for the price. Breakfast was included and was above average (hot and waffles).
