The hotel does resemble the photos. However, the weather outside around the 4th of July was incredibly hot. 90+ degree heat and the AC unit is our room was terrible. Not only that, you can not adjust the settings on the unit. It was extremely hard to get comfortable during our 2 day stay. We literally had to step outside of our room a few times to get cool and somewhat comfortable. The WiFi went in and out. Only one elevator was in operation so if several people were using it, you could be waiting a few minutes. The pool was nice though and mostly clean.

The mattress was stained.

Elevators not working properly and the WiFi wasn’t working at all!!! The tv was a joke because of no internet we couldn’t watch hardly anything..

Breakfast was great.

Even in most hotels with top ratings and reviews, the lobbies usually smell like dirty mop mix with Fabulosa. Instantly when I walked in, it stood out to me how clean this place was and it did not have that very familiar smell. They were more than helpful with every single detail. I was here on a college visit. If my son chooses this school, I will absolutely stay at this hotel every time thank you so much for your hospitality. I also noticed management cleaning counters along with the staff something you rarely do see.

The hotel room smelled like feet from the second we entered the room. Had to call and was told that the air filter from the air conditioner needed cleaned. It was terrible. And it got slightly better, but not really as the stay when on.

Everything was great! Pool was nice and clean, rooms very clean and breakfast was more than expected. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely come back to this location for another stay.

Everything was outstanding!!

The room wasn’t real clean. It smelled like smoke. The bathroom was old and busted up and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The AC either worked way too well or not at all. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see my face in it and the iron I used to iron my shirt nearly ruined it because it was leaking water everywhere.

Room was clean, staff was nice, good food options for breakfast and the pool was great. Only issue was a lot of times in the morning the pool wouldnt be unlocked and you had to go to the front desk to ask for them to unlock it, not bad though they'd do it right away and they were polite about it

As I was laying down, I noticed one side of the pillow case has yellow stains on it. I flipped it over, too tired to complained. The bed was both soft and hard all at once. In the morning, I saw the breakfast was off. Gravy, but no biscuits. Bread but no butter. Cereal but no milk. I decided to go for a waffle, deciding the scrambled eggs may have been powdered, as they were floating in water. I took a couple sausage links that looked safe. The gravy was being ladled out with a spatula caked in sausage gravy and then sat on a plate in front of the heat tray. This could not be sanitary. After eating the waffle, and then reloading my car, my kids started to wake up and my daughter went for a waffle as well. Within 30 minutes, my stomach was in turmoil- I made 3 trips to the bathroom before it was safe to leave. My daughter though was miserably sick with “tummy issues” all day, and continually destroyed the air in the car with her waffle farts. Like, our eyes were watering. Later, my son told me their bed sheets had blood stains all over them which made me wonder whose bed did we sleep in?

Didn’t even get to fully unpack, there was a roach in our room. The room smelled really bad, as well as the building. Staff were very unhelpful and suggested we still stay in that room instead of offering another room. They said I would get a refund and still haven’t received it. 1/10 don’t recommend

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay due to my dad having. I was able to get checked in and get a few hours of sleep so that I could be there in the morning. The only issue I had was it was very hard to get checked out as there was nobody around in the morning to check out I waited over 10 -15 minutes hit the bell and looked around and was still unable to find a staff so I had to leave my keys with the note and ask them to please check me out so that I was not late getting to the hospital to see my dad. The lady the night before was extremely helpful with getting me in as I arrived late. She was super understanding sweet and kind. I’m assuming they had the front desk clerk preparing breakfast or downing . I was there less than five hours. She wished me well. I knew that I would be there for a short period ,shower was hot room comfortable enough to get a few hours of sleep and a good location to get to the hospital in the morning.

Nice and clean

Hotel overall was ok, definitely not great. Breakfast was mediocre at best and was only available until 9am. The room was very small, run down and not very clean. The carpet was gross (as they all typically are) and the beds were the standard low quality mattresses. All of this is kind of what would be expected at this level of hotel. Where they lost points was the cleanliness. Shower was old and smelled really moldy and musty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom at all. The comforter was simply sandwiched between two fitted sheets and when not covered you could see the dirt and grime on the clearly unwashed duvet. Unfortunately, this is not the place for us.

Pool area was nice The air conditioner didn’t work well it would get really cold when on and get really hot before it would kick Bach on. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom really had a bad smell. The beds were good.
