Very nice hotel would stay there' again

Clean room and nice breakfast. The pool was nice but needed a little cleaning but not bad at all. We stayed 2 nights to explore Erie, beaches and Waldameer. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was bad our blankets were soo dirty the wasn’t white had stains and hair everywhere and the smells through the place were terrible I was soo unhappy I can’t believe what I seen the pictures of renting the place does not look like what you get.

I reserved my room in a reasonable time frame and when I arrived it was not ready. The room we stayed in was not clean it had a smell and bugs!! I plan to stay Friday till Monday, but checked out Sunday. The website is not the same as the actual place!!!! Watch out!

The room was overpriced due to it being a weekend. For that price I would expect better conditions. Missing light bulb in ceiling. Air conditioner cover fell off when trying to adjust it. Holes and spackling with plaster throughout the room.

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Staff were on there phone when I arrived stood at the desk for a few minutes before they noticed. Breakfast was absolutely awful.

the breakfast was one of the best i’ve had at any hotel!! more than enough parking. we weren’t able to use the pool because it was too late & raining, but i’m sure we will next time!!

We had a very poor initial experience, which kind of soured us for the rest of the weekend stay. We checked into the hotel around 10pm, after long travel, a long baseball game and late dinner. We thought that check-in was quick and easy, but when we opened the door to our room, it opened, but the manual latch was activated. We tried to manually unlatch it, when we heard a voice from inside the room let us know (rather rudely, but to be fair, that person was WOKEN UP by someone opening/trying to open the door from the outside) that the room was already occupied, much to our horror! We went back down to the front desk to inform the employee that our room was occupied. He said, "Oops." He activated the keys for the room next to what was supposed to be ours, and which was already given to someone else and occupied. We got the keys for our room and made sure to use the manual latch, just in case that happened to us. Otherwise, the stay was okay. My son loved the down pillows, and I thought the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom light was just inside the door to the hallway, more than an arms length from the bathroom, which caused some issues in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not very good. The room was decently clean when we arrived. We did not use the housekeeping since we were only staying for 2 nights and were busy during the full day of our stay. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

The property is in a good location with easy access to the road. There are several restaurants within walking or an easy driving distance. The first floor has been nicely renovated. The room was fairly clean. Don't look at the bottom of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Also there were some hairs left on the bathroom floor and the refrigerator had some mildew in it. The worst part was the smell in our room. We had our dog with us and I'm guessing they gave us a room frequently used by pet owners. The smell was a cross between damp/musty and wet dog. I would hope if someone didn't have a pet they wouldn't be assigned that room.

Great stay

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. Parking was convenient. I didn't get up in time for breakfast but I was able to get a hot tea and muffin.

Good price for good room.

I had some concerns, the refrigerator was loaded with ice from the freezer. The phone didn’t work. It was clean everywhere else. The bed was very comfortable.

As a woman traveling alone, I knew I wasn’t in the most fantastic, safest area of town, but, the room was clean, had what I needed and wasn’t far from anywhere I was going . Staff was friendly. Pets were welcome and breakfast was good.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, beds were comfortable, quiet, had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We will definitely stay there again next time we are up that way. Just two things; on the tv there was no local news and our last night not the hotels fault, there was a horrible family that was staying right next door that were arguing, slamming doors, kids screaming and crying until almost 2am. Other than the ungrateful people next door it was a great stay and great price.

The room looked like it was under construction.

Elevator was not working, musty smell to the room, could not find local TV channels, phone in the room did not work, the clerk said I could leave. I offered to leave but no refund would be issued.

Very nice and clean place. Hotel staff very friendly as well. Great breakfast and great pool!
