Shower was not clean and had hair in the tub and on the walls. Both the sink and shower had draining issues. There was no hair dryer just the metal bracket on the wall. I had to iron clothes for an evening out but the iron wouldn't work and the ironing board was broken. Love the location but I won't be going back

Great room. Nice bed. Great staff. Below normal breakfast. Lobby bathrooms need attention.

Pros: Close to Presque Isle and other attractions. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was terrible. A few slices of bread and a couple of stale bagels. No juice. Just coffee. And cereal. Some sort of breakfast sousage which everyone looked at and moved on. Breakfast should not be included in the price. I was disappointed

We’ve stayed here in years past in our travels to Ohio. We stayed there yesterday and our room was dirty which whatever we were not impressed but it was only a night. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working either. This morning we went down for breakfast and they had nothing to offer, no coffee either. Apparently they said there delivery never happened but after talking to staff it seems like this has been happening fairly regularly. Thumbs down!

Breakfast was vary sparse two days of breakfast and no eggs. Sausage and bagels.

This hotel was very well maintained and clean, and it felt better than a typical 2-star hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were spotless, and the mattress was comfortable and in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city, it offers great convenience with amenities such as gas stations, Subway, Tim Hortons, and Taco Bell all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Friendly front desk, clean room. Only improvement needed is the breakfast. Very few options out even at 8:15am and by 8:50 both coffee pots were empty. :(

Great location, pretty comfortable beds, clean but needs some upgrades Little outdated, breakfast was really bad. Out of everything and definitely doesn't look like photos on website. Didn't even have hot water for tea. Ice machines don't work.

Our stay was adequate but not exceptional.

I reserved the suite because my son was traveling with us. We had a late check in after a long drive. There were no sheets or anything for the pullout - had to go back downstairs and ask for them which the front desk person seemed annoyed about. There were no shampoo or soap that I had counted on being provided so I didn't bring any into the hotel so we had to go down and ask for them. The king bed was hard as a rock while the pullout was nothing but springs. The door to the bathroom had visible dirt and fingerprints all over it and the shower floor had black gunk all over it. Also, they only provided two towels - for a SUITE. Definately wont be staying here again.

If you are looking for a continental breakfast, do not expect to receive it here. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast got increasingly worse. Last day only white bread, about 1 tablespoon of grits and melted cheese were available. The room was large and clean, but our first night the sink was clogged, hall light was blown and bathroom door would not close. The following day sink and light were fixed. The bathroom door was not a quick fix.

Location is convenient for short term visits like for work stays or unexpected stays where you need a basic, clean room for a single night. No, pool, no designated outdoor area to congregate, smoke, be social either near the front or rear lobby entrance (extremely important to those who smoke or vape. Also no shade to sit and smoke or vape.)
