Room 376, the bathroom sealing was leaking and because of that the towells were wet and soak and they were never replaced, terrible experience not recomended

Floors were dirty. They said the had breakfast online and they did not. The elevator was broke. Our room had a weird smell. The toilet was epoxy together. Rust on all the metal in the bathroom. We left were not staying in that places. Outside not maintained. That place should not be allowed to operate.

The guy who checked me in was helpful The place needs a good cleaning. I understand that they were short staffed but the dirt on the floors was bad. Also the restaurant was closed due to no staff

Not one thing Filthy rooms, bathroom was disgusting, not enough outlets to charge phones unless you crawled under tables on dirty stained carpet, staff was unconcerned with any complaints. No receipt because the printer wasn't working. Reserved a handicap accessible room....it was "under construction"

The room had no towels, no soap or shampoo, it had the in room coffee maker but no coffee or items for it, we had a smoking room, which was on the forth floor, but everytime you got off the elevator or walked into the hallway it smelled like bad weed, the smell even lingered into our room in the middle of the night, was woken up at 3am with people in the hall yelling, and the elevator worked but was very scary, it bounced everytime the door opened or closed.

Nothing Trashed and seedy. Didn’t stay. I’m ashamed for Booking.com to have this property as an option. Choice Hotels should eliminate this property from their chain.
