This is a nice place to stay for the price. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and they have a sitting area with vending machines, ice, and a microwave. It is conveniently located close to the highway with restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. I was told they are starting to remodel and make improvements to their rooms including small refrigerators and a microwave. I would stay here again.

Website said breakfast. No breakfast and no microwave or refrigerator in the room

the service staff went above and helping with a dead battery in fire detector. offer more help if needed. there's no refrigerator which would have been nice. sink was outside of bathroom

A nice, clean, motel close to I-90, with friendly, helpful staff. We liked the style of decor in the room. Thanks for a great stay!

When we got to our room, the bed was stripped. The room was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk, and the young man was very helpful and getting into another room. At first, the key didn’t work so we had to go back again. While in the lobby, somebody else could not get towels for their room. We got one of the newer rooms and it was clean.

Clean room, Good shower , plenty of parking. Only small gripe, Bigger Pillows.

Unfortunately, our first room smelled so bad that we asked to be moved. We were given another room, but honestly, it wasn’t much better. The bathroom appeared to have been updated and was clean, although there were no supplies provided. The room itself also appeared clean, but the bedding had definitely seen better days. The sheets were extremely worn and did not smell or feel clean. I never even took my shoes off in the room because the carpet just felt dirty. I really think the carpeting needs to be removed, as it seems to be holding onto a very unpleasant smell. I understand that this is a dog-friendly hotel, and we were traveling with dogs ourselves, but we have stayed at plenty of pet-friendly hotels that do not smell like this. I also did not feel very comfortable walking the dogs outside alone at night. The area just did not give me a particularly safe feeling. Bottom of door had large gap and could clearly see outside. Check in was not smooth at all and honestly felt very confusing. Was charged on the reservation card when I said I was paying then! Check out was great, very informative and helpful.

The rooms were all on the ground floor. We had a dog that does not do stairs. The first double room we were given did not have any towels and facility did not have any extras. We were given a different double room that only had 2 towels for three people to share. Still no extra towels.

The hotel is clean and I love that it is pet friendly so I can travel with my furry companions. The location is perfect for me when I travel to visit family. Gas and food is nearby so everything is handy.

Great if you on a budget. The beds were a bit firm for my liking. The room had a musky smell at first but if it eventually went away. Rooms were tightly and overall I had no issues.

Staff were very helpful

Clean property but I found the entry of the parking lot tricky, signage is lacking. Getting out was fine but getting in was a challenge

Numerous other places in the area and we will pay a bit more to stay at one of those when we pass through next time.
