Very clean environment, helpful and friendly staff never had an issues with this hotel compared to other hotels i stayed with my overall experience is a 10/10 definitely booking again. Thank you!!

Although we are average sized people , there was barely enough space to move around! When sitting on commode, there was only 24 inches between my knees and the door to enter ! When stepping out of the tub, only 18” space to step out onto floor !! Dangerous!! I took photos as proof of the configuration. We will not be chancing another stay at red roofs during our travels.

The staff was helpful in attempting to fix the issue. The desk clerk was very nice.

People did not pick up after their dogs which made walking my service animal tricky. If they are going to advertise that dogs stay fre, they should assign at least 1 person per day to check the yards and pick up the feces. One of those poop pickers only cost $12. Otherwise I loved the room & my cleaning guy was fantastic! Very comfortable stay that felt safe & homey.

Staff was friendly and good. Room was clean. Breakfast was a coupon for McDonald's next door, not good. Toilet paper roll was not new, Rooms not equipped with modern electronic outlets (USB,USB-C). Shower heads in several rooms squealed. Beds were comfortable. Over all, the stay was okay considering the price/room

Our TV did not work and the poor girl was alone running around came back to our room 4 separate times over an hour and a half to try to fix it. Turns out the wrong remote was in our room? She had to keep leaving to tend to the front desk. She was fine and this was not her fault. What I am upset about is I asked if we could get some $ off our stay since the tv didn’t work. She said yes and the next morning the guy at the counter would not honor that saying if he was there he would have fixed the tv? He was not there and there isn’t much to do in a motel room but watch tv. All I wanted was an apology and $20 off my room for the inconvenience.

I missed the entrance, which is immediately to the right of the Interstate exit—sign was not lit and rather small and beneath the McDonald’s sign—they share the same entrance. There was a rig truck parked across 5 adjacent parking spaces in front of the building. They should have an area exclusively for truck parking. Breakfast is a card for 2 items at a McDonald’s next door. Room was not visually appealing, lighting was garish. Bathroom small but OK. A one night only type of place, good for a late check-in and early departure.

The WiFi was absolutely horrendous. Although I could connect to the WiFi without any problem, the Internet would not stay connected. And when I did have an Internet connection, it was unbelievably slow. I could not use my iPad for the entire stay because nothing would load. When using my laptop, it literally took 3 hours to do one hour’s worth of work because the WiFi was so slow. Red Roof really needs to update its WiFi to accommodate all the guests using it.

I have pictures....The room had mold in shower. Our socks became very dirty as either floor or rugs in room were dirty.

Property is old and not well maintained. Air did not work upon arrival and when we returned to our room after being out for the day the tv did not work. Both problems were addressed by the staff. I was told I needed to leave a 100 deposit for damages that was not returned to me. Would not recommend this hotel .

I was expecting "adequate" and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.

Breakfast included is ordered from mcdonalds. The room was clean however getting to the room and the hotel itself needs cleaned up

Won't do that again!!! However the room was clean! The cost in the end ended up much more on card. Beware.

The staff is polite and courteous, check in was simple and quick, the room was clean and neat, and parking is plentiful. However, there is no continental breakfast as stated (it's a coupon for a breakfast sandwich and drink at McDonald's next door). We even booked another night to extend our stay without any issues. It is pet friendly and even has supplied and stocked clean up stations outside. Would definitely recommend.

Ir was clean and comfy and quiet

first room we had smelled horribly of pot. the second room that was our replacement room was absolutely filthy. dirty sheets in both beds pubic hair in both beds. mold growing in the heater. when we asked for our money we were told it was against company policy to give refunds.

Welcoming reception, very kind, clean room, great A/C.

If you just need a clean place to sleep that is safe and near the freeway, this is s solid choice.
