They were amazing there. We checked in at 1130pm. Employees were lleasant and very helpful

Clean room, friendly staff, great parking, gave us 4 free McDonald’s breakfasts

The room had a smell when we walked in. The toilet was not clean, overall the room needs attention.

My check in day the front desk lady was really rude called me a liar was really nasty when I told her that the air conditioner wasn't working right also found dog feces under my bed mold on the walls.

Not too bad but we noticed there was an empty bottle of beer under one of the beds. Cleaning should b thoroughly done after each guest that checked out. Other then that it was a quiet place.

The price for the room was way to high for the stay.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I feel robbed that I had to pay for it. The room smelled, everything inside the room was broken. I’m still hoping I don’t catch anything from my stay.

The room was horrible. The room smelled like a wet dog. The beds were uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow and frebreze.

The bathroom was unusable and there was visible grime on everything.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed were so comfortable, great location also. We loved that the breakfast was McDonald's, however my only complaint is we stayed 2 days and only got a voucher for breakfast for one day, not a huge deal however we didn't plan to have to buy breakfast, so that kind of sucked since we wanted a hotel that provided breakfast for both days that way everyone had a full stomach for our trip home and I wasn't spending extra money to feed 8 people (we had 2 rooms) We have stayed in 3 separate hotels in Erie, all in the same location and other than the breakfast issue this was the best place we stayed. We recommend this place especially if your on a budget. If you have little ones this hotel is super close to a amazing park and the zoo! We're planning to stay here again before summer ends, however we will be prepared by putting breakfast in our budget or bringing something to eat for breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and personable. There is a McDonald's right in front and they give you a coupon for select free items for breakfast for however many people are staying. The room was comfortable and had good amenities. The AC kept the room cool.

The room was very clean and well prepared. Parking was adequate and easy to use. The staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was Mickdonald sandwich.

You had to go to McDonald's which was nice but not worth the stay. The staff was nice I got the text asking me about the rooms when I complained they did nothing to help about the rooms. Wasn't clean had blood stained comforter had to not use the wifi because it didn't work electrical outlets didn't work

Best property and front desk staff. The young lady always is so good to me and my girlfriend. Best hotel because of the best staff and their rooms. Nothing to not like

Bed and pillows were comfy. It was quiet. The office staff were friendly. We had our cat with us and they accommodated us quite nicely. They gave us a coupon for breakfast at the McDonald’s next door. A drink plus an McMuffin. Our bathroom door had a broken hinge so it was difficult to close the door. That was our only complaint.
