Holes in the walls. Grease stains on the concrete in an outer hall leading to my room. Just gross.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Poop on the floor. Sheets are dirty. Walls have blood splattered. Floor filthy. Never book this hotel. Health department should investigate this property and shut it down. NEVER STAY HERE!!

The bar was ok everything else should be closed down . Everything! the staff at the front desk besides when I checked out. The rooms were all disgusting I had to have my room changed 3 times the hotel looked abandoned

Dirty filthy smelled like smoke in room

I tried checking out at 5:30 am but nobody was at the front desk I had to go to the other hotels front desk my neck and back are killing me from the mattress place was filthy I left early and canceled my plans because of barley no sleep and my neck and back are crippled I would never recommend this place to anyone I was supposed to check out today place is terrible the bar/ restaurant was great about the only thing that was good

This hotel is disgusting. The minute we got there we were unsure but when we opened the door to our room we were horrified. The window was so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. An old dirty white chair had red stains on it. The tub was filthy, paint was peeling off the walls. It smelled dirty. We immediately left. It was a health hazard. Expedia and the Quality Inn should be ashamed to be affiliated with this hotel. And they refused to give our money back. Doesn’t really matter because we would not have stayed for all the money in the world! And the pool was filthy.

The fire hazards the bugs

The room was very dirty and run down, we ended up leaving early. Cigarette burns on the sheets, paint peeling off the walls, ripped curtains, rusty air conditioner, the tub and toilet where dirty and did not look cleaned and the trash in the bathroom was full and never emptied before we got there.

I have photos.. it’s ok needs a lot of work. Had to kick my door to get in door handles were replaced never painted mess still on ground. Burn holes in my no smoking room in my comforter. Black marks on and in tub. Shower head is filthy. Paint is all chipped. Exposed wires behind night stand. AC works great. Hot water good. Pool looked dirty.dirt in corners in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Just oranges ? Maybe apple or banana? Would be nice cream cut and bagels would be nice ! A better toaster?!

There actually wasn't any bugs which surprised me Very run down n dirty definitely needs some tlc the property owners are very lazy atleast we didn't experience any bugs

Check in. Bed was ok Room had a bad smell. Gnats coming from sink. Ceiling plaster all over air conditioner. Realize most hotels only offer a continental breakfast, but this one was pathetic. Shower didn't work. Went to the lobby to get help and there was a note on the door stating that the lobby would be closed that evening till 6:30am the next morning. Needed to be at an event the next morning by 7:30 am. Went to the lobby at 6:30 am and no one had come yet. As of 7:30 am there was still no one there to help or file a complaint. Will not stay at a Quality Inn again.

This place was filthy! Windows look like they’ve never been cleaned. When we first walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Probably from all the water damage in the place. The key card and door handle jiggled every time we opened the door. When I walked into the bathroom there were paint peels from the doorframe left all over the bathroom floor. The towel rack was ripped off the wall and it was stored on the closet shelf. The outlets were junction boxes placed on the floor. Floors were filthy…my feet were black just from walking on the floor. Cigarette holes in the blankets and sheets, in a supposedly non-smoking room. Peeling paint and water damage in the shower and above the window. Beer bottles left on the grass in the courtyard. One guest, took his dog to the bathroom in the courtyard, the place was supposed to be no pets allowed. Old children’s stickers stuck to the sink cabinet. Rusty old tissue box was also attached to the sink. The continental breakfast was make your own waffle, yogurts, cereal, instant coffee. The orange juice was so watered down it looked like water. There weren’t even spoons for the cereal and yogurts. At one point our key cards quit working and we had to get them reset. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced!!
