Dirty, smelly room. No hot water.

This was absolutely, hands down, the worst place we have ever booked in our life. I can't phathom why Expedia has it listed on their site. The pictures are not a representation of the facility. When we arrived, we were greeted by a prostitute and it went downhill from there. When we arrived at our room, the door lock was not secure to the door and the door was warped making it hard to close. The walls were very dirty as well as the floor. the bed and bedspread looked as if they had been in use for 20 plus years. When we went to the restuarant to ponder our next move, we found out that they were out of potato skins, shrimp, mozzerella sticks, and pizza. The back parking lot, where we had to park to access our room was not a safe place. There was one person just sitting in his truck and another leaning against his car the entire time we were there. We finally found a place to stay 45 minutes away, and we did not even open our suitecases, but left without even sitting down in our room. I cannot believe that the Quality Inn people have not inspectedm this and shut it down.

The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location

Disgusting. Burn holes on the bedspreads, peeling paint, grime on the light switches, black gunk on the walls by the baseboards. Paid for 2 nights but couldn’t go back for a second night.

Do not recommend!!
-
The only things that were nice about the property was the bar and the pool. The room was not well maintained the doors needed painted and there were not enough towels for the four of us.
-
The only positive thing was there was hot water. The room was dirty, the sheets had burn holes in them drywall mud was wet and falling off. Over all I did not enjoy my experience at this quality inn.
-
The room was filthy and smelled like cat urine. The property is old and lacks basic maintenance. The hotel is very overpriced. Overall, this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I would give this hotel zero stars. Do not stay here.

Very close to the casino, nice clean pool, they actually have slot machines in the hotel lobby. The bar was spacious and the bartender was very nice. The bed was extremely comfy. The rooms were very dirty. The restroom smelled like stale urine, in the corners; there was tons of dirt and debris, the floor was so sticky - thank God I brought my slippers, otherwise, there was NO WAY of walking on that floor barefoot!

another hotel with labor troubles, the person working the hotel in the back helped me out quickly, the other lobby was closed for the hotel I booked. I pool area looked pretty nice. I just needed a place to crash and setback on the road quickly. I didnt bother with the breakfast so I didnt see what was avail

Don't stay at this hotel, the condition of this hotel is deplorable. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Ok

Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was full of hair, the tub didn’t drain, went to plug my phone in and noticed between the mattress was covered in some sort of bodily fluid( blood or fesses ). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When the problem was brought up to the staff, he just shrugged his shoulders like it was normal.

I would not let my Dog stay there.

If I could give zero stars I would. The room was so nasty with burn holes in the sheets, black stains on the sheet, dust caked on the walls, dirty towels left on the floor and so much more. The front desk was worthless and refused to do anything claiming all the rooms were booked for the night. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else this place should be shut down!!

The rooms were very dirty, coffee makers were not clean and actually had mold. One of the two rooms we had the room number was wrapped off the door the chain locked ripped off the room was supposed to be non smoking it was over powering smell of snake. The stairs were absolutely filthy with piles of trash. The toilet was not bolted to the floor The cleanliness I was worried about my family the entire night
-
Understaffed and poorly maintained
-
The location Room needs updated, which made the room feel dark and unclean. The stairs to the 2nd level were uneven and potentially dangerous.

I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms are all accessible from the outside so random people pass by. They have a bat on site and early morning hours people are loud right outside your door. The maintenance of the room is lacking, crud in the corners, the toilet barely flushed. The fixtures are outdated. The maid service is probably doing its job because sheets and bed were fine. I think the bigger picture of updating the place needs attention. Thankfully I was there only one night but never again.
