Coffee was always luke warm. Should have a coffee maker so fresh coffee would be available. Nice waterfront park next to hotel. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff.
-
Overall it is a very good hotel, the breakfast is good, the room is clear and the propertie is quiet at night.
-
The hotel is been remodeled. All rooms are new. The breakfast area was under construction and breakfast was inexistent. Staff was very helpful.
-
I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to recommend great restaurants and give directions. The room was spacious and the amenities were excellent.
-
It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the hotel was under construction.

the hotel is under construction, so there are good things going on and some things that weren't that great. only 2 floors are open, but what was open was very nice, very clean and everything was brand new. I really didn't like not having any ice!!!! I know that may not be a big deal but it is for me. I travel for work I bring my small cooler and also travel with meds that need to be iced. They had mini fridges and microwaves which was great, but I need ice, and there was none to be had on any floor. Breakfast was good but a little meager, mainly because they are still under construction. all in all I would stay there again, it was a nice experience. The front staff was very attentive, kind and helpful.

I made reservations for Harbor Inn when I arrived the building was identified as the Hyatt it was under construction I returned to my vehicle and called to verify that I was at the correct location though the facility was not aesthetically pleasing as I stated prior it was under construction we decided to stay Henry registered us room 308 he informed me that a hold would be placed on additional funds but would be returned within 5 days it was also noted on a sign on the desk when we went to the room and open the door a male and female was in the bed I closed the door immediately return to the desk informed Henry of what just happened and that we changed our mind about staying he was very rude he told me that it would be a 30-day hold on my money and that there was no one that I could speak with the female in the room came downstairs while Henry and I was discussing my desire to speak with someone or have my money refunded she stated that her keys were now deactivated because they had activated my key Henry stated that she wasn't registered however she could show where monies were taken from her account and that the inside door did not have an additional lock was very unsafe for her and for us given todays crime rate I called 911 because Henry would not give us someone we could speak with or assure me that my money's would be refunded since we had not spent one moment in that room per my credit card we will registered for the Holiday Inn!!!

Before booking please note, this hotel is under construction. There is no lobby area to sit and wait. In the area slated for breakfast is extremely small. Not really sure how rooms are being able to be booked with the lobby area being in this state however my room was great! There was a lot of a lot of space in the room uh I had a nice size couch nice size bed. In the back of the hotel there is pick tables that you can sit and enjoy the view of the water. There was plenty of parking and the name on the hotel is Hyatt Select. Once all the construction is done I think this place is going to be really nice, just wish I would have known before booking that it was under construction. Knowing what I know now I would still book this hotel again.

We booked for 1 night 6/6 after attending a family event and attending the ball game the next day. The room was nice, very clean and bed was very comfortable. There was shampoo ,conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the shower. The view was directly across the hotel next to it so no water view and can’t keep your shade open. The breakfast was disappointing as it was limited .The front desk person was also the food attendant refilling the food. How sanitary is this? Did this person call out? The pancake machine was not on or working, there was no orange juice as this button was broken on the juice machine and there were no fruit in the assigned fruit station. I always appreciate a great waffle or pancake experience but didn’t happen here. Also since there is no lounge people were loudly congregating in the breakfast area. Salt shaker was missing and butter baskets were empty, had to ask for both. This would have gotten at least 4 stars if the breakfast was better stocked. Hotel is in a convenient area and there was plenty of free parking on the property.

This hotel is going under renovations, so some areas were closed, under construction and a bit messy. Some of the noise from construction was a bit irritating, but needs done. The room I was in was newly renovated and very nice. Once the renovations are done, this will be a great place to stay! And I enjoyed sitting out by the river & enjoying the cool evenings! A nice little park to walk around is next door and there is a great Italian deli and the best Stromboli place a five minute walk away.! The staff were all friendly & helpful.

Really nice man at the desk at 10:30 on Saturday evening - but the guy there at 4:30 am when we had to go back to the airport was NOT helpful and unconcerned to tell us the driver would be late to take us back to the airport.. The shuttle was 10-12 minutes minutes late, although we had made the return reservation with a specific departure time and were assured that would be possible. Not even sure who owns the hotel - room was clean but NO hair dryer Justo not a great experience.

This hotel is a scam

Breakfast was very good! Omelet and sausages, choice of yogurt, cereal, bagels and even pancakes. The place is very fresh, they just did a renovation and everything is sparkling, blankets and towels are crispy new.
-
The Hotel is great, very clean and quiet! They are renovating but that didnt stop us from staying there. It's a great place to stay if you want a safe, quiet, comfortable stay. The rooms are also very clean and the beds are super comfortable as well! The staff at the front desk Michelle was an absolute doll and made our checkin easy and great. She was very kind and friendly which made our stay even better! If you would like a nice, clean comfortable place to rest at night while traveling I definitely recommend this place. The owner or manager was there when my husband and I stayed there for the night and is also very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the help of Michelle as we took the wrong bus and once I called her, she organised everything so we could have a great night sleep before our next flight. Thank you very much
