Conveniently located near shopping mall, downtown and Hayward Field/University of Oregon.

We’ve stayed here at least 3 times. This was the first time that the room wasn’t spotless. Floors needed sweeping & room needed dusting. Everything else is great. Beds are comfy w/ 4 pillows on each queen bed. Appreciate the extra nightstands & toilet paper. Plenty of light & charging outlets. The AC controls are extensive & intuitive. Staff is always great, parking is easy & feels safe. A few loud neighbors.

It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available.

We had a great extended stay here! Staff were always helpful and polite. Loved that they had a kitchenette, laundry facility, gym, and daily breakfast offered. Great location right next to the river and walking path. Walking distance to restaurants and even a mall. Would stay here again. $10/day parking was a little bit of a surprise but def not a deal breaker.

The hotel is in excellent condition, feels new, and the location is very convenient. The room & grounds were very clean. The staff was welcoming and took great care of us. We will absolutely stay there on our next trip to Eugene.
