It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available.

We had a great extended stay here! Staff were always helpful and polite. Loved that they had a kitchenette, laundry facility, gym, and daily breakfast offered. Great location right next to the river and walking path. Walking distance to restaurants and even a mall. Would stay here again. $10/day parking was a little bit of a surprise but def not a deal breaker.

The hotel is in excellent condition, feels new, and the location is very convenient. The room & grounds were very clean. The staff was welcoming and took great care of us. We will absolutely stay there on our next trip to Eugene.

Horrible rooom presentation upon arrival. Terribly dirty and absent of the room's basic amenities that were listed online.

Rooms are super nice. But the hotel lacks amenities. No pool, no bar, not a lot of common areas.

Cleaned place to stay and friendly Staff

I stayed here one night while visiting Eugene for my niece's graduation, and it was one of the best overnight hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The property is modern, well-appointed, and immaculately maintained. My one-bedroom king suite was enormous — a full kitchen stocked for extended stays, a huge closet with shelving and laundry options, a spacious bathroom with built-in shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and an abundance of USB outlets throughout. Two large TVs, two AC units with wall-mounted controls, and of course the signature Marriott mattress and pillows made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast (6:30–9am) was generous: eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, yogurt, juice, and more. Staff were polished, attentive, and clearly took pride in keeping the place spotless. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and Uber/Lyft pickup is a breeze. Pet-friendly and highly recommended!

The room very comfortable, largest than the normal hotels, very clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast very good, the staff very kind. We definitely go there again. Parking for a reasonable fee.

Everything was great. However you could change to a better pillow. The breakfast was amazing too!
