Valley River Inn

Nice view. Nice room.

Staying at this hotel was a short notice decision after a difficult drive from Southern California. My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and reasonably priced this hotel turned out to be. We would definitely be repeat customers should we ever be traveling through this region again.

Overall it was ok.

We liked everything about the Valley River Inn. It's location is excellent next door to neighborhoods with great cafes and proximity to the airport. Everything is modern in the facility and in the spacious room that had lots of little nice touches and free amenities. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town Nothing, it was a great experience.

Clean room and quiet

Spacious room, comfortable bed (I didn't want to leave!), the grounds were also nice. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. I wasn't able to take the shuttle to the airport, because I needed to get there a half hour earlier than the shuttle operates. Yes, I know I should have booked sooner!

The Inn is across the parking lot of the River Valley Mall. Which makes for rest, relaxation and retail therapy. A great vacation venue and shuttle service to and from the airport. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Beautiful property located near a river. Rooms were clean and comfortable We are seniors, they sent us across the property to a corner for the elevator but you had to take steps up to get to it. Also no luggage carts. Went back and found a cart and determined we could avoid stairs by using walkway cross over that was never mentioned to us by staff.

This might be my favorite off brand hotel anywhere. Friendly front desk staff. Restaurant that I’d go to if I lived in town. Interesting coffee teabag (rather than keurig) that was actually good coffee.

Customer service was 5 stars!! Daniel at check in was so helpful and kind!! Highly recommend staying here!!

The steamer in the room was SUPER useful. Loved my balcony but when I tried to enjoy breakfast there a gardener with a leaf blower was working right below me the whole time and that was just unfortunate timing

This is a great hotel to stay at in Eugene, I will be staying here the next time I travel there. Beautiful river views from the rooms, awesome amenities, and the restaurant has some great food!! I really enjoyed my stay here.
