BEING ON RIVER IS A PLUS BUT THE BATHROOMS ARE DATED
-
Clean room, most important thing to me is cleanliness, thanks to whomever cleared the room
-
Unhelpful staff in the restaurant. Didn't address my family although they saw us. Not once but the third time.
-
Right on the river! Great restaurant and neat lounge area. Loved it!
-
clean, pretty, and has all the right little touches - white noise machine, earplugs, space for my suitcase, comfortable chairs, good water pressure, and more. Tried to talk my husband into staying longer just so I could hang out in the room. Maybe next time!
-
Wonderful stay. Our room had a river overlook and balcony. Great staff. Delicious food and excellent service in the restaurant.
-
Sits on river trail for walking, biking, running maybe swimming. The setting is beautiful, the hotel has been renovated, gym, pool, 24 hour coffee bar with snacks.
-
Hotel in a good location and had nice lobby area and outdoor pool area. Restaurant and bar had good atmosphere and could be great but service is poor / non attentive and food average for the high prices. The worst part of our stay was the room noise from above- Very loud no sound dampening made it hard to sleep as heard everything from people above.
-
Our door was left open to our room after returning from being gone all day. Our towels had been replenished so I know cleaning staff had entered our room.
-
The only negative was that we could hear both the room next door and above us. We could hear conversations next door that weren’t particularly loud along with the TV and a barking dog. We also heard footsteps from the room above. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
-
Everything was wonderful. Loved the river walk. The staff was great and the property was beautiful.
-
The river view outside of my room is gorgeous. I wish we could stay longer.

It’s never a good sign when a hotel provides a noise machine and ear plugs in the room. While the hotel itself is located in a peaceful area, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening throughout the wing where your room is. Doors slamming, kids running down the hall, people talking, music/TV - all sounds like it’s in the room with you. Footsteps in the room above reverberate through your room so loud it sounds like the hotel is under attack. We couldn’t get any rest here and left to stay at a different hotel

The hotel was full and we were stuck in an accessible room we did not request. The beds were terrible, very low to the ground, way too soft, and with a big dip in the middle of both mattresses. Not good for back trouble. The lobby and restaurant are very beautiful. The food in the restaurant was ok, but expensive. Best thing about the hotel was the fantastic walking path behind it along the river.
-
I learned about the property on Booking.com The location was awkwardly at the end of a mall parking lot though the river view was nice (though many rooms appear only to have a view of the parking lot).
-
The guy at the front desk upgraded our room to a river view upon check in. Very friendly staff. We loved using the bikes to ride the path along the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
-
We enjoyed our stay! The room was very large and comfortable. The pool was nice. Front dest staff were super friendly and helpful. The river view at breakfast was lovely. Can't think of anything we'd change!
-
Very clean and great location to both shopping and nice park and river trail to walk
-
The place was clean and quiet even though it was busy. I didn't use many of the property's amenities, so I can't comment on them. I would stay here again.
-
Nice restaurant right down stairs. Good food with amazing staff. The pool was a little dirty and there was no hot tub.
