Threadbare and showing its age. Sofa bed had thin mattress and didn’t come with bedding. Staff was helpful though.
-
Pricey for no real amenities. Location was ideal for my trip.

IS A GOOD PLACE AND ECONOMIC TO STAY THEY WHERE HELPFULL WHEN WHE NEED ASSISTANCE.

The front desk said she canceled and refunded immediately. It smelled horrible. We had to checkout the hotel 10 minutes after going in room. It was awful. There’s bed bugs, it stinks. Please don’t go here.

condition was extremely well kept for an old building the psrking at the location is a distance to the room especially if you are on the 3rd or 4th floors
-
Pool and the breakfast and good size rooms The air conditioner didn't work it was kinda warm not good cold air and the TV is really small and mostly news and could do better cleaning like underneath the chairs

I would not recommend this facility to a stranger. Property is not well maintained, everything felt dirty, we actually contemplated leaving early and not finishing our stay.
-
Not clean at all.

It is a shame at one time this was probably a lovely hotel. But it is being let go. The grass was not cut. Trash cans were not emptied. Our room was clean. The bathroom and the room itself. And the eating area for breakfast was maintained. But elevators were filthy. The carpeting in the hallway had food and paper when we arrived on Thursday and when we left Saturday it was still all there. The pool area is being let go. The pool itself was clean. It's just so sad you know someone is just taking the money but not investing it back into the hotel.

Very disappointed.

They seemed to serious and kinda in a off mood Is not hard to be polite and smile or make eye contact Otherwise my stay at the hotel was lovely

Our toilet was wobbly, lamp didn't work, bathroom door knob was almost falling off, garbage was left outside many doors, woke up at 12am and the entire floor smelled like weed. Was so bad that I felt like I was choking on it, couldn't get any relief from it unless I went outside. I don't care if people smoke but damn, do it outside so the rest of us are not suffocating on stale weed drenched air.

A refreshed look would increase this hotels revenue by Thousands! It feels tired and neglected. I appreciated the “patriotic” details in the lobby but the fluorescent lighting added to the dismal feeling. The location is excellent , however it lacks the details that would give it excellent reviews. The bathroom had mold on the bath tiles and caulking and there weren’t enough towels. The fluorescent lighting is horrible, the room in dire need of new carpeting and with a very visible hole adjacent bed, and non-functioning clock. There was good air conditioning and staff polite. We reserved a room with two queen beds but got only one. At minimum, continental breakfast should be complimentary as most others in the area do. Breakfast is available at cost. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, offering families a fun getaway with kiddoes. That said, given the demand due to ongoing World Cup matches and limited availability, the price was reasonable. You get what you pay for. It was one night and we slept comfortably. However, the hotel is located in an affluent part of West Chester PA with restaurants and shopping nearby and about a 25 min drive to Philadelphia. I’d volunteer to help redecorate without spending a fortune. It would truly help their business by volumes! $$$.

Do not stay here it’s dirty I had to get another hotel to make matters worse Expedia was no help at all getting me a refund

old, not clean, holes on carpet. Our original room had the lock on the door that was installed incorrectly and did not work. We changed rooms, and our new room the shower was broken, the bathtub didn't work. The carpet had holes everywhere.
-
Mold in the bathroom.

This hotel is very old, in need of some renovations. Rooms have carpeting, so, can only imagine what you are walking on. teeny, tiny pillows. There was plenty of hot water and pressure, so not a horrible stay. Peeling wall paper, dirty carpet. 2 star is pushing it.
-
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 in any other hotel, the place was dirty, no uhmmm no recently used dirty, no like they kinda made our bed. The floor was sticky and there was crude everywhere The shower was no working oh and the “hot buffet” the same food you can get for “free” in any other hotel Save you a bad time and don’t book this place
-
