Cons: our room was not serviced when it should have been. We had to remove our trash, ran out of tissues, and were told “Sundays are hard because they are busy with so many checkouts”. They offered us chips from the snack bar but no other compensation for our rooms not being cleaned when they should have been. The pool was under construction also, when ordinarily this would have been “open season” for pool use.

I've stayed here before when I'm in the area, comfortable bed and bedding, lots of towels, quiet and nice room with mini refrigerator and microwave, the staff is great!! Nothing

Well, where to begin. Traveled in for my mother's funeral. The room was smaller than expected for $130 a night. The wall outlets in the room were literally falling out of the wall. The bathroom tub would not hold water. My wife had to keep the water running to keep water in the tub. The shower had a huge crack in the wall. Sitting on the toilet was like sitting in the ground it was so low. The "free" breakfast was overpriced, pun intended. The breakfast choices one day for hit entrees were as follows: overdone small Western omelets, seasoned curly fries and kielbasa. Who serves that for breakfast. This hotel! No indoor pool. Outdoor pool was a wreck, doubt it will be usable any time soon. Parking lot is used as a shortcut/pass through between two busy highways. Even school busses use it. Careful when you walk outside or back your vehicle out. Indy track warning! Property was the worst Hampton I've ever stayed at. Won't ever stay at a Hampton again. The last night we were there kids and parents were running through the halls yelling and screaming. Mst have been gone type of youth tournament in town. Save your money! Don't stay here! I wish we didn't.
