We had a door and toilet that didn’t work in our 1st room (after unpacking:(). We were moved to a 2nd room and also had toilet issues there that couldn’t be solved until the next morning:(. We did not swim or attend the breakfast, but both seemed great. Staff was friendly.

Staff was polite and room was clean with great air conditioning. Hotel next door appeared to be under remodeling and you had to drive by dumpsters to get to the Fairfield. Hidden signage at breakfast stating $200 fine if food was taken to the room. I'm not happy but accept food could not be taken to room but the sign should have not been pushed behind a chaffing dish you just happened to see. Felt like they where hoping to catch you off guard to fine you.

Check in was easy and staff are super friendly.

No smiles here. Very dirty room which was also in disrepair. Photos speak volumes.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Hotel is old. Needs remodeling. Strong odor at main lobby. Overall ok for a one travel night stay.

Everything was great except the one elevator was a bit scary. If there was more than 3 people on it at once, the door wouldn't open once you got to the 1st floor and someone would have to hit the 1st floor button again for it to open. Also, the pool was cold and slimy. We were told it was heated but it definitely was not. The stairs in the pool were slimy and slippery along with inside the pool on the floor

Needless to say, my interactions with the staff put a serious damper on my stay there, and not being able to use a pool I paid for was more than annoying. Our difficulties did not end there. There are also issues with their elevator. It gets stuck on the third floor, which was confirmed to me. That's right, they are aware of an ongoing problem. I had to take the stairs, which isn't a big deal, but for my husband, who has mobility issues it definitely was unsettling that he could not take the elevator. Are you ready for this? We actually got stuck in the elevator for at least a good 3-5 min! Everyone's nightmare as you can imagine. A red light was flashing and a phone inside the elevator kept ringing. Eventually, it opened, but as you can imagine, it was a horrible experience. Cold eggs, burnt ham for breakfast... I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

It wasnt super clean but it waant too bad it needs to be updated. The breakfast was really good and th we people were nice but a couple couldn't speak English so wasnt much help. Besides that all in all was an ok place to stay

Very small breakfast area - we couldn't get near it. Bed was not comfortable.

No staff available in the front desk most of the time

Breakfast was cold. Room was dusty. The shower lip (handicapped accessible) was badly stained and dirty looking. The rug in the seating alcove off the lobby badly needs replacing. Most of the staff didn't smile or interact. I'm a friendly little old lady - I really don't look like someone who needs to be ignored. We were told we could check in early but on arrival were denied despite another couple being accepted. I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially since I have stayed with Marriott before and have always found exceptional service and accommodations.
