Room was not cleaned. Hair and trash all over the place in our room when we arrived.

Hair dryer was broken

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and worth more than the price- plus it was very convenient. We found a fake fingernail and crumbs in the pull out sofas, and there was no bedding in either room for the pull out sofas. The pool was nice, but you can tell this property has had better days. There was a homeless tent at the back of the property and people were brushing their teeth in the parking lot. Some weed killer would really help the landscaping. Didn’t look anything like the pictures.

Staff is always great! For the price, it is a great place to stay. This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. It’s convenient, quiet, and comfortable.

Friendly breakfast attendant too. View of the pool was nice. Air conditioner worked fine. Overall 4 out of 5 stars, would have given 5 except the bathroom. Would go back.

everything was nice and quiet

2nd stay. Will stay again.

Breakfast and coffee were poor, the bar had the cheapest wine on the menu. Room was clean, staff polite a d the price was cheap.
-
The only breakfast included was tea, no even coffee The room was pretty good and it was easy to check in My problem with this place was breakfast, i will not come back because of it

We got there 45 minutes after check in time, we were told we have to wait an hour for our rooms . The staff told us the wrong way to get to our rooms then offered no help to find them Then our card keys stopped working after each night and the staff was annoyed we kept asking for new ones. The window in our room was cracked, and we had no door latch, when I told the staff their response was "I know" I never saw a cleaning lady once and we were never asked for new towels. There was a broken broom in the hallway for the 3 nights of our stay

To be fair, this is an older property so some dated cosmetics are to be expected. However, the overall room experience was terrible. For starters, there are two different elevators. Nobody told us that when checking in so we went to the second floor and walked all the way down looking for our room only to learn it was inaccessible the way we had come. We checked in Friday night and there had been no AC on in our room when we arrived so I immediately turned it on and down to 65. We checked out Sunday and the temperature was still only down to 74. The unit was old and smelled old. When we checked in Friday, there was part of a condom wrapper in the hall. When we checked out Sunday, it was still there. The shelf from the shower was missing because it wss broken off and sitting under the shelf beneath the sink. The TV was terrible - the signal is god awful and we were able to watch MAYBE 5 minutes of a program before it went back out. The bed was ok. The pillows - awful. Imagine a marshmallow. I folded up towels and put them under just to give it some structure. The pull out couch appeared to be from 1995. The entryway light didn't work. Most of the outlets didn't work, we had to charge our phone in the bathroom. Went downstairs for bedding for the pull out couch, she gave me sheets, I asked for a blanket and was told "You need a blanket?" I don't guess I do because the room is 75 degrees. Overall terrible experience, do NOT stay here.

I had to wait until 4:25 pm. I arrived at 3:30 pm. It was a handicapped room.
-
Friendly staff, rooms were clean The carpets were stained, the gazebo is not like the picture and it looks very abandoned
-
Location was ok The property was dirty and rooms were disgusting. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the room and bathroom. Mold, dirt, unhealthy conditions. I felt unsafe on property with questionable things occurring in parking lot.
-
When we arrived we were asked to pay in cash rather than credit for a discounted rate. We stayed for 5 days and never received any clean towels. The hotel is dirty and janky.

Manufeet!

Great price! Staff is courteous and property is clean.

Hmm, where to begin. Nothing at all positive to say about this hotel. It’s in desperate need of a remodel or at the least new furniture and carpet cleaning. The carpet in the halls was filthy. Bathtub was grungy, Bathroom light fixtures nasty and corroded. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Only one hand/face towel and no additional towels offered during our three night stay. No housekeeping even though the listing states daily housekeeping provided. Furniture was worn, chair upholstery was dirty. Shades on the bedside lamps were damaged and falling apart. Overall just a crummy place that was an unfortunate choice for our 35th wedding anniversary trip.

My wife and I regularly sneak away to the exton hotel and conference center place bc it’s close by and has a pool for when mommy and daddy need some very alone time. Place is great
