    I loved the cleanliness of the property and the convenience of location to local events and being close to Philadelphia. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is an extra level of care in terms of customer service and property maintenance. Would definitely book here again. Great place for just a couple of days or longer if needed. Great kitchenettes and close to grocery stores too. The manager should be proud! N/A

    I was happy they had a vacancy, the staff was amazing and the room was nice. The money for it was outrageous though because of the PGA tour going on it was extremely busy but I think it was too much. Other then that I really like it. I tried getting a room over memorial day weekend but it was even way more for two night. The prices

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent two-hour stay at your establishment. The room presented an aged and smoky odor, the refrigerator was unhygienic, and the bathroom sink had hair on its surface. Furthermore, the provided towels appeared soiled. Additionally, the elevator was non-operational, and cable television service was unavailable. I have yet to receive a response regarding my refund request. Consequently, I departed the premises with my children and returned to my residence, which, regrettably, was without electricity due to a storm that evening.

    We reserved eight rooms with two beds in each room for our group. When we arrived, only two rooms had double beds and the other six had king beds. This doesn’t match our reservation and creates a sleeping arrangement problem for our group. We’d like to discuss options to accommodate us or receive compensation for the room type that wasn’t provided.” Very disappointed.

    In addition to the smoking odor, the room also lacked essential amenities such as shampoo and body wash, which further reflected that the accommodations did not match the expected standards or description provided at booking. Before leaving, my husband Duy spoke directly with the front desk representative, Kuma, who was understanding and kindly stated that a partial refund for the unused second night should not be an issue pending approval from Hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was then informed that they only needed approval or a waiver from the hotel. Since then, I have spent considerable time contacting both parties, with each side repeatedly stating that the refund would be possible once the other party approved it. Unfortunately, this has become an extremely frustrating back-and-forth situation, and I was ultimately informed by Hotels.com that they could not reach the hotel and therefore could not process the refund. As a customer, I should not be placed in the middle of internal coordination issues between the hotel and the booking platform.

    This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

    The staff was nice, courteous, and tried to meet our needs. If we would not have arrived when we did, they would have canceled our reservation and given it to another guest that had not arrived before us because they overbooked. The rooms were not very clean, light in the bathroom did not work, and the air conditioner would not turn on. All the breakfast included was packs of oatmeal, slices of bread, and one kind of cereal.
