Clean room, attentive staff, but breakfast was so so and elevator didn’t work some hours

The elevator had stopped working due to the hot weather and i was on the 4th floor and i had asked the staff to switched me to the first floor due to i use a rolly walker. Not sure why the elevator break down dur to the heat. But the staff was pleasant and nice

Huge rooms, great climate control, clean, comfy sheets and plenty of pillows

Terrible staff—either on their phones or otherwise not helpful. The hotel was less than half full and we got shoved next to awful neighbors who complained we were noisy just by talking at normal volume. Go somewhere else! Terrible location to match the terrible staff!

Conveniently located at the intersection of 100 and 113, but the downside was that, between the traffic and the a/c, it was somewhat louder than we expected. We will stay there again none the less.

The elevator did not work twice but the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful.

The staff and accommodations were great. Except there was hair in the shower and on the shower door.
