Had my booking but not a room. Sent me to another hotel for the night. Was pretty aggravated to have to pack my things up.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. This is a lovely hotel.

Room had a bit of a smell. Like covering smoke or pet odors. Door was very stuck and lock mechanism worked most of the time. Breakfast only had 1 attendant and could not keep up. Very little food was out. Will not stay here again. Not terrible, but not up to par.

Conveniently located to things you’ll need. Room deposit is only 20% of total. No $12 dollar parking fee. Outdated information at the receptionist desk and website. WiFi very weak. Hair found in multiple places in our room upon check in. You must have a major credit card or traditional bank debit to use for deposit. No Credit Karma, PayPal, Cash App, or chime

I had paid for and booked a 2 bedroom suite. Check in was slow, backed up and chaotic and I was sent to a 1 bedroom suite. Desk would not rectify.

The rooms were nice but the hanged our room type They threw us out at 10 pm over the card I had for incidentials they made me check out and in each day some employees accepted Venmo for incidentials some did not there was a discrepancy with reservation and they made me pack and leave with my son who had school the next day at 10 pm
