Ly New York Hotel

Modern tasteful clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Dedicated staff, professional, helpful and super nice. Hotel parking is a plus, although it supports a small number of cars. Beautiful Whitestone bridge view at night from the bedroom window. Among the many modern features are towel warmer, rainfall shower, decent choice of TV channels, and a mirror with adjustable light, clock etc. The location is odd at best. Google Maps takes you to what is actually the back of the hotel. Location is difficult to find without staff help (which I promptly received.) I ordered a room with king size bed. I got instead a room with two full size beds. The modern beautiful glass doors to the bathroom and shower produce noise when opened and closed. At night, this can be a problem. The unique full featured mirror has a touch control with back-lit icons and controls. At night the bright light produced by those elements can be disturbing.

Very clean It was too far from the airport and you did not provide a shuttle service. It was expensive to travel to and from your hotel.

Everything 10/10

Very clean staff was friendly. The restaurant food was amazing .parking was free

clean room

The carpet in the elevator is extremely dirty and needs deep cleaning. The floors in the hallway could use cleaning as well. The bedrooms were okay but the faucet nozzle was also dirty and had I known that I wouldn’t have used it to brush my teeth. The bathroom is extremely small and if you’re tall I wouldn’t recommend staying here because your knees will touch the door of the bathroom. Overall okay stay for a weekend

Perfect location, clean and comfortable...

Did not feel safe. The entrance of the hotel is in the middle of a laundry parking lot. Very noisy place.

These are the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been too many hotels. The staff is always smiling always kind always nice the laundry. Next store is fabulous. The staff there is wonderful. I can’t say much about air-conditioning because I’m always cold so I must say the heater works very well. The only thing missing is maybe a microwave but there is one downstairs. I’ve stayed here every weekend for the last two months and love it.

Safe location, good views, great budget pick

My stay at Ly Hotel was superb! The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. There's a Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and a laundrymat connected next door in which I thought was very convenient. 100 percent will recommend and surely would stay at the Ly Hotel again!

Staff was super friendly. Close to the bus stops. About an hour transit from downtown
