From what I remember, the front desk staff should be more professional and patient. Instead of just being told something and acting like it wasn't explained at all, like updating the room card and deliberately swiping at the front desk, but still couldn't swipe at the door. Although these are minor matters, details determine success or failure.

The room was falling apart. Floor was chipping in multiple places. Moldy/musty smell in room and hallway immediately exiting the elevator. Very dirty floors in hall and in room.

Great location; only about a 10 minute drive to Citifield. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Queens!

Excellent stay in the NYC Queens area close to a ton of local restaurants, mall with a Target and places we love to eat. The room was very clean, modern and safe elevator access with card scanning.Gym has scarce equipment only treadmill and weights and dark, never used it. My only suggestion is to pay attention to the grout lines and upper tiles in shower but I am meticulous. Parking was free and easy. Service was always pleasant and helpful.

Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. No bag for laundry. No breakfast. Loud people at1 AM in the hallway. No full length mirror.

The only complaint I had was that the bathroom door didn’t close all the way but everything else was wonderful!!

Very clean and modern hotel. Parking was limited and spaces were very tight. It would be great if there were more hooks in the room to hang wet towels to dry and a coffee bar for the morning.

There was no breakfast. The location was industrial. We wanted to stay near my husband‘s boyhood home so we were very pleased with the location. Parking was great. The woman working at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. Soundproofing could’ve been better. There was no plastic laundry bag. There was no full length mirror.

Great place we found when our flight was cancelled. Room clean and spacious for NYC. We will book there again tonight if we don’t get out of LGA as flights keep getting cancelled
