A bit noisey. Guests and attached club/buffet/restaurant and bar, were noisey, so not great for a peaceful sleep.

Is a nice place to stay, I would recommend it.

This hotel was a hidden gem. That staff was courteous, the room was clean and it’s perfectly situated in college station next to a great neighborhood with convenient local stores. We were only here for one night but this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Excellent service , we were given our room ahead of schedule . The airport transportation was clean and fast , the room was clean, comfortable and the location was quiet. Excelente customer service .

There was also two flickering bulbs in the lobby that were aggravating.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I liked that there were several restaurants available on the property. Loved the breakfast area in the hotel. I didn't like that my room was directly above the karaoke bar. The loud music vibrated into my room. It was hard to fall asleep, and it caused my dog to bark late into the night, possibly disrupting other customers.

It was an excellent choice for our visit to NY. Found it very easy to get into city by either bus or subway. Rooms were large for NY rooms and weee very clean. Best part of hotel was the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating would do it again!

The problem is the location. It is a building that shares multiple restaurants and a karaoke bar. The music was so loud well past midnight, people were outside in the parking lot chatting and I could constantly hear the shuttle backing up into the parking lot. There was a coffee maker in the room but no straws for mixing cream and sugar, an iron but no ironing board. I could hear the guests in the lobby coming in and out and smell the food at breakfast in my room. Needless to say I got no sleep and was beyond ready to leave. I wouldn't recommend staying there if sleep is actually important to you.

Clean, cozy, excellent food at the restaurants, great location near grocery stores and just a few minutes from LGA. Helpful staff- we plan to be frequent guests when in town.

The air conditioning was extremely loud to the point I had to turn it off , no windows in the room.the hotel was tied to a nightclub the music was so load you could feel the room vibrating at times. The neighborhood. Felt uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Love the customer service! Everyone, from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff was very welcoming. My husband and I stayed there for our trip to the US open and we will be sure to come back again.

Overall not a bad hotel. Very convenient if you have an early flight out of LGA the next day with the free shuttle. Only complaint is that the AC unit in the room was very loud and inconsistent with noise. Made it difficult to fall asleep and woke up a few times.
