voco Fiorello - LaGuardia Airport by IHG

Room was clean and comfortable but there was continuous loud noise the entire night. The club downstairs is too loud so much that we couldn't sleep at all. We booked this hotel since it's so close to LGA airport. We were looking to get a few peaceful hours of rest for the out early morning flight but that didn't happen due to the continuous loud music from the club downstairs. Property owners/managers must take this aspect into consideration.

Hotel is located in China town so majority of the hotel was Chinese related. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant overlooking the city.

Our stay was pleasant with the exception of a noisy AC unit. The Cafe area did not have a kitchen, more of a re-heat situation for breakfast sandwiches. Coffee and snacks were available for purchase. We wish the hotel had its own restaurant. The options on site were an Asain inspired buffet and Chinese restaurant. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit!

Staff are amazing, ideal for airport layovers or if you want to be close to airport.

I don’t feel the hotel was a good fit. Lots of people in and out since it is attached to two buffet restaurants and an event space.

This place was a very clean, modern hotel. Andrew at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!! Parking lot was full had to find street parking and things can get a little confusing on the elevators in the building. But I had a great stay and would return!!

One night stay was great, close proximity to LGA. Free shuttle service to LGA.

The Staff and Hotel Amenities were wonderful. I wish we could’ve made it to the rooftop and the Karaoke, but we had a wonderful and memorable experience during our short stay.

Front desk was extremely helpful. My AC went out in my room and front desk assisted promptly. Andrew and Malachi has very good customer service. Only issue was the cleaning of the rooms. When I first arrive my bathroom was full of long hair which shows that the rooms was not clean well and when I ask for a clean service they only replace the towels and made the bed as the hair as in the bathroom was not clean. Then when I was transferred to another room they was band aid in the bathroom and an old hand towel over the shower. The cleanliness could of been way better but front desk make it workable and I must commend them again.

Good location!

Clean hotel. On Site parking (hotel rate is $1/hr for parking). Hotel rooms are very clean, modern. No view, closed windows. Location is good, easy to get around by car. Front desk staff was helpful. Had coffee and breakfast in the hotels bar, good prices, decent coffee. Important note, hotel rooms have an extremely noisy AC, had to turn it off at night. Hotel is fairly quiet.

I would have preferred an in house restaurant rather than independent restaurants in the building.

Air conditioner needed servicing, it was very loud.

Rooms are always clean. Linens are very nice. Convenient having the rooftop bar/restaurant upstairs also.

We had such a lovely stay which was made so much easier by the immeasurable help of Kristi. She is absolutely phenomenal!! The room was lovely and well appointed, and the staff was kind, generous, and accommodating.
