Friendly and great service

Great place to stay for an early LaGuardia departure.

Very clean room and bathroom. The room looks a bit small in the photo but it’s actually pretty spacious! Very comfortable bed and pillows!! The AC is very easy to control. I personally really appreciated the side mirror in the bathroom to the right of the main mirror, which has a close up view on one side and an even more close up view on the other— it was very much ideal for doing my makeup. I also appreciated the amount of counter space in the bathroom as it wasn’t just a small sliver of countertop. Overall very clean and comfortable room and hotel in general, and staff was kind and helpful too.

Great location near the concert venue for the My Chemical Romance performance in NYC. The trains from Manhattan were all full, so we're glad we booked this hotel, so we didn't have issues getting to the concert.

More than just your average airport hotel! We booked this hotel because it was the best price available with an airport shuttle on the night of our stay near LGA, but we were blown away by the quality of this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was lovely and well-furnished (and the beds were SO comfortable), and the surprise bonus was the rooftop bar and restaurant with a lovely view of the skyline. The airport shuttle was also so easy, convenient, and frequent. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms themselves were fantastic and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the front desk gentleman who helped us really cared an insured our day was great. The exterior of the hotel could use some work as it looks shady from the outside, but once you are in, it is fantastic.

There was also no bell service available, so guests had to carry all of their bags themselves. I do want to recognize the staff member who works the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional, and he made a positive impression despite the other issues. Unfortunately, my experience with the night shift front desk lady was the complete opposite. She was rude, unfriendly, and came across as if guests were an inconvenience. Customer service makes a big difference, and her attitude really affected our stay. The hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure all staff provide the same level of courtesy and professionalism.

Ngl the location is not too for from the city but it is a bit far but the hotel is very calm No issues throughout my stay

Rooftop views

The first night had loud music with constant bass vibrating the room, until 4 am that kept us awake.
