The lights were weird you couldn’t turn the bathroom lights on unless the hall light was on.

Exceptional

unusual hotel - one half hotel , one half restaurant. Close to la guardia with an airport shuttle that starts at 4 am . friendly staff, clean rooms , comfy beds. Not really shoundproof but good for a night stay.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was a good size.

The shuttle was on time and driver politely helped.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and updated although no special details that would reflect the almost $500 per night charge. It was a short stay so I did not get to experience the breakfast items offered. The location is great for proximity to Laguardia or Citi Field/Flushing Meadows. If purpose is not one of those. then this would not be a good choice, in my opinion. I guess the price reflected a more upscale or refined location, amenities, atmosphere which were not apparent. Location is not a walkable one, but uber rides were quick to arrive. Entrance and elevator are shared with other commercial businesses and their patrons.

This hotel was clean, well appointed with attractive hotel rooms and common areas and wonderful shuttle service to Laguardia Airport. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. It's a little tricky to find with the lobby on the second floor. The fitness center was adequate and in good repair. They could use new yoga mats. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Property was clean, staff was phenomenal, and location was within 5 mins to tjmaxx and target for my last minute errands!

There was plenty of parking. The room was very clean. This was ranked too high. The rooms are small. It’s not as advertised.

The rooms were very nice, the staff was very helpful, my car was very secured at the lot, and the checkout time at noon was excellent

The location is not desirable. It felt unsafe. There was a loud bar club playing music all night. The parking and entrance mingles with the club. It felt unsafe to be in that area.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Love the Nespresso machine in the room and barista or self serve coffee in the lobby. Yes, I am a coffee drinker! This was my fourth visit and the hotel continues to improve. First choice when I have an early flight out of NYC.

I try to stay

The only thing I did not care for was the parking. At least one guest should be accommodated with comp parking.

I loved the bathroom. It was a spacious and clean tiled floor.

I love the stay, the hotel is extremely helpful and close to the airport.
