The room was clean and spacious. Having a full kitchen was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My air conditioner wasn't working, but they immediately replaced it. I liked that they had a laundry room. I definitely would stay there again.

The lady at the front was very sweet and personable; her is Regina, I believe. For $350 a night, I expected my bathroom to be a whole lot cleaner than it was. Sink had splatter that appeared to be blood, the bathtub had signs of mildew and it just did not feel clean at all. The breakfast was a grab and go style with little Debbie-like muffins and treats and coffee. I personally didn’t have anything so I cannot fully comment on that portion. We did use the airport shuttle which was convenient and the driver (did not get his name) was polite and attentive. For a quick last minute stay, it served its purpose but $350 was too steep for the this property. Bathroom definitely needs more attention.

Additionally, when we checked in, two of the stoves were on and the heat was felt immediately when we entered, which was easily turned off. However, when we mentioned this to the lobby the next day, the person's response was "any other complaints"?

When I booked the room, I selected a room with two queen beds. When I got there, the room only had one bed, I asked for a room with two beds and they ended up charging me for another room.

The location is poorly maintained and dirty. Our room was dirty and had an odor. You can not open the window, so blasting a/c is not going to get rid of the odor. The bed had bread crumbs on it. We abandoned our room and had to leave for another hotel after 30 minutes. The hotel also refused any refund. Be forewarned, a terrible hotel.

We booked 2 nights, but stayed for 2 hours. The room was poorly maintained and terribly dirty. There were many holes and scuffs in the walls, sinks, ceiling, bathtub. The room and linen smelled terrible like body odor and garbage. There were also several large dried stains on the wall from a white bodily fluid, from a man, if you catch my drift. Absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t stay. We left and got a different hotel up the road. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. Despicable and disgusting. Wish I could give negative stars.
