Dirty and rude staff

I Love The Kitchen Set Up & Parking!!!

Air conditioning didn’t work that was the only problem and unfortunately it was a big one

Breakfast was not available due to no delivery. Room was average and no breakfast was available.

The "included breakfast ", was oatmeal packets and granola bars.......sweet!

Even though a little outdated, very clean, comfortable, staff was very nice. I would have liked throw rug on floor, although I understand why. The pickup from airport was very nice. Very pleased with my stay.

Close 2 city field. The room seemed outdated the room had peeling paint the bathtub was stained and the floors were slamming

Disappointing

Bed was very comfortable Not getting breakfast as it clearly says when I book had to buy my breakfast which cost me extra and time going for it . Paying for parking another cost

Bad

No shampoo, smell of spray paint. No pans to cook.

The location is awesome target shopping center is around the corner, deli is walking distance, and freeway entrance! Overall great stay!

Only issue was room smelled heavy of fresh smoke. As if someone had just smoke in room prior to our entry. We had to open windows to air room out. Maybe clean drapes and air on filter. Very strong odor

Check in was easy, shuttle from La Guardia Airport was great and rooms were quiet and clean and spacious Breakfast was not worth calling breakfast, coffee was bad and packaged muffins do not count as breakfast. May as well not offer that.

Wifi out all the time, manager is nasty, no water Dirty, manager is nasty and I spent over 10,000 dollars in a month and a half and was treated like crap

Staff professional, friendly and courteous

Location was great for what we needed. Lobby was not what I expected it felt very sketchy, maybe it was an unsafe environment I don’t know, however once we were upstairs it seemed like a topical hotel.

Great neighborhood , clean place / room , refrigerator, stove and microwave are all clean and well maintained. staff were friendly and helpful, however breakfast was a cup of coffee & muffins, kind of disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our time there. Will booked again soon. Thank u all .
