Great neighborhood , clean place / room , refrigerator, stove and microwave are all clean and well maintained. staff were friendly and helpful, however breakfast was a cup of coffee & muffins, kind of disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our time there. Will booked again soon. Thank u all .

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past because it was very good but … this year they changed a lot it forgot to update the information via online or anywhere else!! Let’s start with the parking. Now you pay for it but they don’t tell you until you get there surprise!!!! My phone didn’t work in my room and when I called the front desk regarding the issue the guy that answered was rude and said nothing in return they never came to check he just dismissed it even though I told him I was using my cell phone to call which was long distance but he didn’t seem to care. The breakfast was a muffin and coffee in a thermos they should label that as a snack not breakfast. To top it all off there is no shampoo in the bathroom or conditioner you have to ask for shampoo at the desk and the give you a bar 🙌 ????? The say it’s a New York law why not just have it there why do you have to ask ?!!!!! And last the price was $265.00 dollars for one night parking was 40 for 2 cars , I give this hotel a half of star

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and located in a safe location with stores and restaurants in walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean with evening we needed for a short stay with great proximity to airport.

Everything was great. Nothing

What truly made this visit special, however, was the genuine, personalized hospitality. I honestly didn't expect the staff to remember me from my previous trips, but they warmly welcomed me back, and that thoughtful touch was the absolute icing on the cake. Whenever my travels bring me back to the area, there is no question that this will remain my go-to place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone!

The rooms are decent but the bathroom needs upgrading. The bathrooms need updating as well as the one in the rm I was in had a very strong musty smell. One tiny soap to wash hands there could be better amenities.

I felt i hit a brick wall when I asked about a later checkout time after our 1 week stay. I needed a better understanding of by I would be charged for an entire day, instead of an hourly rate.

Parking was easy. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was oatmeal, a granola bar, or 2 flavors of small muffins. Coffee, no water or juice. But there's a kitchen in the room and you can ask for pans and dishes to make your own.

The room was comfortable, clean, and homey. The wifi connection could be better.

The hotel needs renovation, however, the staff were there to assist with whatever you need. Also, the environment is neat and safe.

There were spot of trucks and not enough parking spots that were safe for the trucks to get out

I wish the window in the room was on the opposite side of the room because the sunlight goes right into you face in the morning also a thick curtain to block the sun better then what they had
