Best Western Plus Galveston Suites

Great place!

The room i stayed last night was great however i could not sleep last night because of ac. When the ac running it is too loud i could not sleep. The bed is so soft make my waist painted.

staff was very helpful room was super nice.would sty again if i go back to galvedton island..

The pool and jacuzzi tiles need cleaning. Overall the building feels worn down somehow. No basic welcome kit, such as toothbrushes. We didn't feel welcomed 😕.

We enjoyed our stay however the shower was so slippery it was difficult to shower without falling.

I always love staying at the Best Western, especially the balconies that you can open up and hear the ocean anytime it’s very clean and a great location! You’re just minutes away from anything you wanna do. They have added beach access right across the street so you can just walk across the street if you don’t want to drive anywhere. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here with our 3 teenagers. We were right across from the beach and able to enjoy a 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise and spend the day. The water was great, beach wasn’t busy, and each room has a balcony view. So close we could easily go back to our room for anything. They have the best, friendliest staff! We are already planning on staying again.

Our room was a good size with a couch and a comfortable king size bed. It was nice to have an ocean facing balcony. The entire hotel needed some updating, especially the pool area. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. Bed not particularly comfortable.

The size of the room was great, the balcony to view the beach was wonderful. Just a slight inconvenience to go to the lobby for coffee but not a big deal. Good location.

Always a great place to stay!

Clean room. Nice staff. Pool and hot tub were great. Ocean view was good. Getting to the ocean was like playing Frogger. Four lane road to get across with traffic going pretty fast and no pedestrian crossing walk.

Room was clean, bigger than expected, nice Oceanview balcony. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Only complaint was our thermostat was not reading correctly and was hotter than it actually said it was.

Great stay as always!
