Best Western Plus Galveston Suites

The room was very clean as well as the hotel itself , I’ll definitely will be returning .

Unfortunately they were renovating and I'm hoping it will be better when they're done but as it was there was construction trash everywhere, paint fumes, broken elevator, and a couple of unsightly insects that greeted us on the way in the back door. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 and would have left immediately if it wasn't 3am and we'd been driving since 5pm.

This is our 3rd time in 2 years staying here. The room was great, staff were super friendly. Price was fair. Great ocean view. Will be coming back.

AC unit on our room wasn’t working properly. Pool was over crowded.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the pillows prefect. Clean towels available when needed. Also quiet and the property is well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from. Fresh coffee, espresso, tea and hot chocolate available at all times. Nice pool with hot tub. Laundry room available too. A great view from the balcony and the beach is directly across the street. I will definitely stay there again.

Air conditioner did not cool the room & amenities stated in room coffee makers but they removed all coffee makers and just haven't updated website

Accommodations were clean, comfortable. Pool was great for kids, Liked location. Only issue was when on balcony did not enjoy having to smell marijuana from below, but stay was very good!

This property is basic and needs updated.

All was to my satisfaction, I have no complaints, The breakfast was awesome. You have to request for a clean sheet change for your beds. But that was alright for me. The stay was very relaxing. Thank you. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was polite and informative, the balcony was excellent the view was right on point, you can see the beach ⛱️ 👍 and see people at the beach it was wonderful. And all you have to do is walk across the street and you are on the beach.

I've been staying at this hotel everytime we come to Galveston over the last 10 years. It is always a great stay. Nothing bad to say about this property.

So spacious and comfortable and perfect view! The young man with the longer kinda curly hair was outstanding as a check-in clerk. He deserves some praise and with that, a little bit of a raise.)) Seriously, booking a room from the parking lot, drive-up, already being there, was an excellent experience! Nice, really nice!

The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Options ran out early and replenishing was not a priority.

The staff was great! We enjoyed our stay. Will go back.
