Our check in experience was not great. We waited 2 hours past check in time and 2 of the 3 rooms that I booked almost a month before were still not cleaned. We actually had to take a down grade on one of the rooms just to get in, missing dinner reservations. The down graded room that was supposed to be ready, had hair all over the bathroom floor, several spiders and spider webs in the corners and literal crap on the wall. They did come and cleaned it but this was ridiculous and highly unprofessional. The from desk manager seemed nice but was not helpful in giving any compensation to make things right. So far I put a claim into Expidia and am waiting to see what can be done about this pretty major inconvenience.

No ice.... not many chairs at pool. Shared pool with another hotel. Breakfast average cost around $20 per person.

Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view.
