Clean rooms clean pool very helpful staff from maintenance to front desk very nice people every time we crossed them only down side both days they only had coffee but yet understandable holiday weekend don’t want to be a Karen about it had a nice coffee

The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property—it really showed that they care about their guests’ experience. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

The location was great.. place was clean and staff was very friendly The continental breakfast was finished by 8am.. and no one replenished anything. The only thing available was coffee and juice.

Decent room for the price Advert states hotel is 100 feet from beach that’s not true at all. Misleading to say the least.

Nice and clean

I loved that it was a short drive everywhere we wanted to go. When we 1st arrived the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude, but when we checked out the next day the new lady on the front desk was nice so we decided to make reservations for the rest of our stay. Although we had to leave and wait on a new room to be available. The rest of our stay was amazing.

The hotel was close to the cruise port. We were downstairs around the corner from the lobby and it was terribly noisy!

I liked that the rooms were not carpet. I loved the open closet concept with lots of hangars for us to hang up our wet suits. We put down a towel to catch the water. My daughter loved the balcony and nick jr channel. I wish you still had a continental breakfast. The muffins were not great. Other than that, no complaints! Great stay for what we paid.

Evening staff was nice Breakfast only had some poor muffins. Nothing else. refrigerator i barely kept anything cold in our room. There were a couple of kids out at the pool by themselves who admitted they couldn't swim, and when we told the front desk after another adult came, they said, well, we can't leave so i'm sure they'll get out eventually.
