HOTEL well maintained clean daily room service pool and amenities were decent

They do not have any breakfast ..Just a select choice of muffins in the am. 24 hour coffee in the "dining room". The room had a adjoining room door thing that led to no where. The electrical socket covers were coming off. Half the plugs didnt work in the room. There wasnt even a coffee pot in the room. My mom has hard time walking long ways and it was an inconvenience to go down to the dining room for coffee. The elevators smelled horrible. The only light switch we could find for the room was all the way across the room by the balcony door instead of by entry door like norm. This was a last minute trip and booking due medical procedure. The recent remodel could have been tons better. Will not be booking at this hotel again.

Hotel had weird smell to it and also did not have breakfast and also it was not really on the seawall rd it was more back but It still had a decent few of the ocean the staff were pretty nice tho

Good room for one night stay

When I made my reservation I booked a suite. When we arrived and checked in we were told the hotel recently stopped serving breakfast, that is one of the reasons we stay here because breakfast was always great. Breakfast should be removed as an amenity. When I entered my room, it was not a suite. When I checked with the front desk they said they didn't have any suites available and would not refund the difference I paid for a suite. We were on the 4th floor and one of the elevators was out of service for an entire day. It is a good location, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff was helpful and there was plenty of parking.

Every thing was good .. it was my first time to go to Galveston. But after check in hotel am was feeling relaxed and safe .

The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience.

Change bed sheets regularly Take out trash Make sure the hot water works to shower

Downside was the AC unit leaked alot of water when we set it down to 70.. we had to keep it to at least 72 so it wouldn't leak. The bathroom door didnt have a lot and some insulation from the door was coming out from under.

Good

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and water was nice and hot. I would definitely stay again.

Had tons of fun with the kiddos 💕 my daughter just started to learn to swim so it was great

Clean rooms clean pool very helpful staff from maintenance to front desk very nice people every time we crossed them only down side both days they only had coffee but yet understandable holiday weekend don’t want to be a Karen about it had a nice coffee

The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property—it really showed that they care about their guests’ experience. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

Great

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was very clean and I felt fine to sleep on it. There were chips on the paint in our room, it consistently smelled like marijuana in the elevators and outside the room. It was very loud outside and in the hallway. There was hair that didn’t belong to us in the shower. The person at the front desk said the would serve “pastries” in the morning but there was only one flavor of mini muffins and nothing else. Not a great experience and I will not be choosing to stay there again.

Location was close to beach The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. There is no breakfast but have cold pastries . The property needs some work done.

Bought the hotel at 1030.9m.bef9r ei left my home on hotel.com..arrived at the hotel at 2 and they said they marked me as a ni show and refused to let me stay and refused to give me a refund so I had to go stay somewhere else and pay another 100. 00 and lost the 78 I paid for the room. I used to love to stay here until they took my money. They told me the room was vacant and even though I paid for the room for the time I was there they refused to let me stay
