Staffs at the hotel are vey nice nd helpful and the room was clean but bathroom was not that clean especially the shower place. Water pipes in the tub was about to come off. Other than that everything was 👍.

As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff but this hotel needs work. The exterior needs a major overall. The fitness center had broken machines. The back door was taped to not lock. The pool door didn’t lock. Washing machine broken. Smoking employee by door. One luggage cart was broken and one was partially broken. Our bathroom was dirty.

The staff was great especially Kelly. She was awesome and helpful with anything we needed.

Be helpful and several staff rooms were clean great value

The staff here was absolutely the best I've encountered in years! They were kind and so helpful ! I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it. But overall, we would honestly stay here again because of the warm welcome we received from the hotel staff.

Very nice stay in a great location.

Remodeling. Trash everywhere and was not being cleaned up. Pool was disgusting. It was dirty. The information on cruise parking was misleading. The room was clean but that was all. The breakfast did not have milk available for cereal or drinking. The choices of food was very limited.

It’s always a great place to stay.

The only thing to like was that the third floor had been redone so the inside of the room was nice looking. Most of the property is run down, there was not really any hot water to shower with(it was luke warm at best), they had no blankets to go with the fold out sofa, the breakfast was not good at all and had sub par choices. Our key card wouldn’t even let us in our room so multiple times we had to go down and get a new one.

How comfortable the room was and how close the beach was Tv could have been a little bigger and way more channels

The staff were all super helpful and polite. They made our stay very comfortable
