Friendly staff ar check in and helpful with questions on where to go for food, etc. Loved the pool and outdoor relaxing areas.

Basándome en mi experiencia, no recomiendo este lugar las habitaciones no tenían papel para el baño ni shampoo ni gel para bañarse. Mi habitación era para cuatro personas solamente habían dos toallas ,en la piscina, tampoco habían toallas tienes que ir a buscar al lobby porque la estación de las toallas está completamente vacía. Los bordes de la piscina tienen mooó verde la barra cerrada este lugar no tiene recreación alguna al desayuno si no vas temprano, entonces ya no vas a comer nada porque se acaba en fin, no tiene nada que ver con el precio de Seguro, que no volvería a ir

There is hair all over the sheets. I don't know if I have washed it. My partner and I slept all night with my clothes on.

The property was clean and staff super nice. I loved the outdoor pool and bar

The room was far from advertised and did match the pictures online. The breakfast was very disappointing and we had to eat offsite costing several hundreds of dollars. The bar Castaways did not exist and was a main reason I booked at this hotel. I will never stay at this property again.

Tiny parking spaces and tiny parking lot. But, I get it. Space is limited on the beach.

Hotel is in a great location, enough parking and pool is very nice. Rooms are clean.

The only thing they Had worth Paying for is Nothing I will never stay at this Hotel again also first he said it’s the Big Hotel behind them on Stllts so, I had to Pay for there Hotel Again and extra to be on first. On my Booking it showed the exact address I booked and the Same pictures on the Website who I have used so many times together.

Location was amazing, true beachfront property. Amazing and clean pool as well. Great value for money, with size of room. Breakfast was passable. Front desk was very responsive. Parking was convenient and free. Will definitely stay here again. Poolside restaurant did not maintain consistent hours, which made meal planning hard. However, when open, the food was served within time, tasted yummy and worth the cost. Wifi was also not consistent, and could not use it to use our TV apps on their TVs (e.g.: Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

Housekeeping never there. Ran out of food in the middle of the complimentary breakfast Easy parking Room was clean enough and bed comfortable Good location

This hotel was great and staff was kind. The only thing they could improve on is their breakfast situation. Every day they were running out hot food. They served breakfast until 10 on the weekend but we had to request they make more while many people

I really enjoyed the stay. Great amenities, great location, great pricing, great food. There was something new on the breakfast menu every day. Overall everything was clean. No issues with the internet, we were on the last floor a very far room and everything worked well. Will look into staying here again. I booked via booking.com, and I choose the free-cancellation option so it was a bit more expensive, around 900$ total for my stay instead of 700$. When I arrived at the hotel, I gave my CC and a hold was placed on my CC for the total of the stay, so around 900$ but then every day of the stay I was getting charged daily, my bank was flagging that on top of the 900$ that was on hold since day 1 I was getting ~175-200$ charged every day. The staff explained that it was just a hold and at the end I would get money back but that is NOT the way of doing things. What if I didn't have a large credit line? Plus, I can already see you charged me the full amount, why are you also charging daily. Please fix this and you can get a 10-extremly likey rating.

If you appreciate good service, don't come here. It all started right at check-in: the man at the front desk wasn't friendly at all—he just asked for my credit card, handed me the key, and didn't tell me a thing about the hotel. When I got to my room, I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room looked dirty and dusty; it was obvious they only did a superficial cleaning. I had a reservation from Friday to Monday, but housekeeping never showed up; I got tired of asking for the room to be cleaned, but no one ever came. They just kept apologizing, but they didn't actually care at all. On top of everything else, there was a huge cockroach in my room. Fed up with such indifference, we decided to leave the hotel a night early—and to top it all off, they wanted to charge us extra for checking out early. It was insane. I would never, ever return to this hotel, and I certainly don't recommend it.

Terribly disorganized staff and random fire alarms going off at midnight. No creamer for coffee. No sugar. Given two washcloths and two towels for three days for two people. A/C unit rattled so loudly all night that we didn't sleep a wink. Awful experience.
