Staff was helpful specially the house keepers and the people on the breakfast buffet other than that I would not stay here again

To begin with the staff was super helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel itself is a different story. The bathroom, in particular the bathtub, was grimy and gross. Don't even try to use the dryer, which cost $2 in quarters to begin with, because it doesn't dry anything. Which I was told management knows about but is unwilling to correct the problem. Which shows in the rest of the building. On a side note the breakfast was good.

I had somewhere to stay after I got there!!! I was MAD.... This wasn't the right one. When I booked it showed a View/ balcony.

reviews made it seem bad. The front desk staff was kind and amazing. Elizabeth was very welcoming and had phenomenal customer service. I appreciate the Free Cruise parking. The washing machine and dryer takes quarters and the front staff didnt have any change. They need to be updated because once we got change they didnt work.

I spend the night in a room where the air conditioner didnt work. At best it was a fan. Then they brought me a fan which wasn't enough. So had a miserable night in a humid room. Also, bed was too hard.

The bed was good and the manager on duty fixed our booking issue was helpful because someone else deleted our information. She was a trainee but it was stressful. That since I did prepay and affirm through Booking.com it caused issues and almost got charged twice or not getting room at all. Very frustrating. No microwave. No snack machine. Way too overpriced.

The hotel was clean and well operated. Everyone was helpful and full of suggestions for activities.

Perfect location! The beach/Gulf is a 5 minute walk south of here with kids. They have an outdoor pool with towels available. They also have a good selection of the included hot breakfast. Yogurt, juice, apples, bananas, donuts, muffins, cereal, and waffles are included. It is located at the end of the boardwalk. Nothing ;)

breakfast very good quality for standard fare. Would definitely recommend having a prearranged plan to get to hotel if going from Houston airport. Can be very expensive if cab or uber. Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport.

Very busy hotel with people going on cruises. Staff were very helpful. It was easily accessible to the beach, had to drive and park for the beach. Pool was nice.

The little bit of time we where there the hotel was good. Nice location, which why I booked it. Was comfortable and clean. Pool looked nice, was not able to utilize it due to the lateness we were there. Breakfast was great! Parking was a little bit of a challenge but understandable due to what was all going o during our stay

It was a very clean room. There was a cracked tile in bathroom and on the one night I stayed, the ice machine did not work. For one night stay at a reasonable price, I would recommend it.
