Staff was nice

Our go to place to stay in Galveston. Staff is always great. Do keep in mind that the beach is not visible from the hotel, but it is right down the road.

Everything as clean and the whole atmosphere was just as the website mentioned.

Everything was great! Management allowed early check in when we arrived. Only one room was ready but we were able to store our things in it while the other was cleaned. It was near the beach and walking distance to restaurants which was nice. They had a decent hot breakfast for us to enjoy in the morning prior to our cruise which was super convenient. Staff were exceptional and super helpful when help was needed! I would definitely recommend!

Did not enjoy our stay. It smelled like mold and the beds were uncomfortable.

Was a last minute trip. It was good for the price.

Our room was clean but old. The baseboards were missing, wall paper was torn, curtains were wrinkled and the shower floor was corroded. We were woken up at 8:00 a.m. with loud banging on the roof continued for about 1 hour, no warning. Parking was overcrowded had to park on the curb.

The rooms are always clean. A good breakfast.

First off, I killed 2 roaches (one was by the refrigerator and the other was in my cup). I forgot to report to the front desk which I was rushing that morning. Hopefully they will get pest control to do some spraying. Other than that others thing was in order.

Old, mildewed, moldy, roaches running, and manager will not respond. Checked in for 10 minutes and still charged

Staff was helpful specially the house keepers and the people on the breakfast buffet other than that I would not stay here again

To begin with the staff was super helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel itself is a different story. The bathroom, in particular the bathtub, was grimy and gross. Don't even try to use the dryer, which cost $2 in quarters to begin with, because it doesn't dry anything. Which I was told management knows about but is unwilling to correct the problem. Which shows in the rest of the building. On a side note the breakfast was good.

I spend the night in a room where the air conditioner didnt work. At best it was a fan. Then they brought me a fan which wasn't enough. So had a miserable night in a humid room. Also, bed was too hard.
