They were very up to date, clean, and had a nice view. After trying to contact the property for over three hours, we finally got a hold of somebody. I let them know that my husband and I would be traveling with a 45 foot flatbed gooseneck trailer. The man at the front desk assured us that it would be fine and we made a reservation for two nights. Once we arrived at 1 AM, the lady from the front desk came outside,checked our trailer over,told us where to park it,and again assured us everything was fine. The following morning at 10 AM we received a phone call in our room from the front desk, letting us know that we needed to move our trailer and they did not want it in their parking lot. Being such a large trailer, we could not just simply go unhook it and leave it unattended anywhere in Galveston and they told us they had no recommendations on where we could take it. They did offer to refund our money for the night we couldn’t stay but it would take 5 to 7 business days to hit our account. That’s $360 we no longer had. So we were out a place to stay last minute and the money to book somewhere else. Very frustrating after being told it was perfectly fine multiple times. Would not recommend this motel.

Well located, clean, comfortable room and beds, good breakfast and amenities. Staff was very helpful and professional.

My boyfriend and I were traveling with our German shepherd! The room was very cozy, clean and quiet! Tv with Netflix and YouTube was accessible for us! Breakfast was so nice and had a lot of variety! Definitely recommend staying here. We also got a view of the ocean and the hotel is very conveniently located near all things Galveston! They had a nice outdoor area to walk the dogs and even had pet bags and a separate trash bin for pet waste!

Property and rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was Great and buffet breakfast was just right. My only concern was the pet odor mainly from the elevator area. No signs of mess but definetly smell lingers. Great experience considering my holiday weekend resorvations were canceled at a different location last minute.

Room set up. Breakfast variety. Pool. Location. The only complaint I have is that the ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust. Room 308.

facility was very clean Well in write up it said on the beach, well that was way too far to walk across state park to get to the beach. So, we didn't get to take an afternoon walk due to the distance. I didn't feel like driving down the road just to go walk the beach. Pay for parking really! This isn't a city. Ocean view was very limited due to trees and distance.
