We didn’t even stay. The sink wouldn’t drain, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the door wouldn’t lock. Plus when we arrived the front desk person was leaving and told us to call another number that we had been trying to call all day. And she was very very rude.

Close to town and activities

The room had mold smell and dust in it. Felt like it was not cleaned properly. I was a solo traveler and reluctantly stayed the night. I wouldn’t recommend for the family/couple if you need a nice place to stay or can’t stand the mold smell.

Good price for just sleep.

Water came out brown when we went to shower, paper thin blankets, pool that’s advertised is closed down, musty smell in the room, furniture was broken on edges, you definitely get what you pay for.

No staff on premises. Had to call another local hotel front desk person that gave us a code to get into our room. Parking lot was poorly lit and seemed slightly dangerous. Walkable to strip but didn't like how dimly lit the area was. Would not be comfortable staying here solo and would not recommend to single parents or women. Seemed "dangerous" like drug area. Ice machine was unplugged and faucet in shower dripped. Was relatively clean in the room but didn't feel like a safe area even being walkable to strip.

No pool or hot tub like the add said it smelt like mold. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I gave one star only because it was a “free” stay. I used my Hotels rewards for the $. Arrived around Noon- only one car on the property. Office doors locked. But did have an emergency number to call. The lady who answered was very kind and stated she was at sister property and she could give us a door code remotely and go ahead and check us in. I expressed my concerns over the abandoned appearance and was quickly reassured the property was being remodeled. We were given room 123 the very last on the end next to tall grass and abandoned lot. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Appeared new. The bathroom sink did not drain. The bathtub had built up grim and black curly hairs. Dirt in corners. Carpet felt damp. Cold Air conditioner- but strong odor of mildew. The ice machine out of order- looks like since 1969! No internet. 2 solo female travelers- I did not feel safe- however did mange to doze off around 1:30am— to be startled awake by what I was sure was incoming bombs! 330am Garbage trucks all the way around the block. I feel bad about complaining about a “free” stay… but those hours of much needed sleep can’t be replaced. If are in need of a clean bed- then they had it… Guest BEWARE

I arrived at the property at 8pm give or take. Went in o check in. Went to the run. It had a bad smell to it. No remote for the tv. And mold everywhere in the bathroom that had started working itself into the room itself. I couldn't bring myself in to taking a shower so I bathed in the sink. Wasn't able to go somewhere else as working on a last minute booking budget.

Rooms need updated other than that the stay was good
-
Parking was on air conditioner was coming off wall you could see outside
-
Distance from main Gatliburg street - Perfect Cleaning of bathrooms - Poor No one at reception, need to call a number for all things, even to check in. The property needs renovation. A/C was good.

We enjoyed our trip and stay here olny thus is i guess the house keepers only hit what they thought needed to be wiped down and cleaned. There was still dusy in the room and all over the ceiling fans. The staff was really nice both times i talke to them. The staff member i talked to last thanked me for calling them and telling them. Im allergic to dust so i thought they needed to know.

Add another blanket to the rooms . Add a slip mat to the showers .. besides that good place to stay..

Room needed work. They did fix the toilet very quickly after I reported it broken but you could see light/daylight shining under door. Cold air coming in. We blocked it with a rolled towel. We'll probably stay here again but do hope they update the rooms before then.

Mold literally everywhere, no light bulbs. Exposed wires, no smoke detectors

Good location for the price

There's a reason this is the cheapest place in town. It's not nasty and it seems safe so if you're just looking for a place to sleep it's fine. It's just not very nice.
