Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids-Airport 28th St

I loved my stay at the hotel. It was located back away from the main street which was a very quiet area. It seems to be a newer hotel and it was very well kept. The rooms were very spacious and clean. All the staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. I really enjoyed talking with Brenda who worked in the breakfast area. I would definitely stay there again.

The room would not get cooler than 70°

We will stay again. Love the shuttle service. Everyone so friendly fly and helpful.

Difficult to find on first trip .

Felt the outdoor appearance could be improved, scrubs, driveway and need a slant curb on north side entrance.

Paige at the front desk was the best. I already mentioned her in the first survey I received Bed pillows were not comfortable

We so appreciate all the emanates. We parked are car while we were gone,and took the shuttle,had to stay a 5 more days called to let you know, it was no problem. Thank you so much. Will be back.Thank you.

The one and only elevator broke and we asked for help with our bags since we have people with physical disabilities and were told there was no one to help us. The breakfast was messy and food was not fresh. Drink station was out of order. The air conditioning barely worked in the room and there were ants present.

Easy location to the MFA Fieldhouse; clean, modern, comfortable 1 elevator- out all day :( hard w luggage

Great hotel close to airport

Breakfast was blah. Not what I expect when paying this amount for overnight.

Had to call 3 times over the course of two hours to talk to someone. Elevator was out of service and we were put on the top floor. To make matters worse, we had the room right next to the stairwell so all we heard was the door opening and shutting all night and early morning.

It was clean and rooms were clean as well. No extra blankets provided for pull out bed
