SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids Airport Southeast

We stayed at the property bc it is close to the airport. There were multiple high school boys sports teams there the weekend we were there.so the pool and workout room were completely full and not available for others to use and lots of running and yelling in the halls. There was only one working elevator so we took the stairs. The biggest issue was that there weren’t enough pillows. We had a king suite with 4 people and there weren’t any pillows for the trundle. We asked the front desk and they said they had given them all out. We checked back the second day and they said there out be any until after we checked out. They tried to help and gave us blankets to roll up but pillows seem like a basic amenity. The staff was helpful but it seemed like there was only one person at the desk and they were trying to work the bar and manage the small store and assist guests. It seemed very understaffed for the amount of guests that were there. We were overall disappointed.

Perfect place to stay while you're visiting the area. Convenient location, downtown less than 20 minutes away. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Affordable for a small family!

Clean room, I like the extra space for the third person staying. Bathroom could be a little larger, but adequate for a two night stay.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Clean rooms and hallways. Smell is pleasant through the entire facility. Parking is great no issues there as well. Highly recommend staying here.

EV parking was great! Fast charging. Breakfast had plenty of options. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was really nice and large. The only downside is you can really hear the people above you, and at 6:00 AM the person above was stomping around their room. Otherwise, this was a nice location and comfortable.

Rooms were clean, pool was good, staff were friendly and great breakfast options.

When we checked into our room, there was hair on the floor of the shower and housekeeping just went downhill from there. They only run housekeeping every other day so on the day our room was due I spoke to the housekeeping staff in the hall and told them our room was ready for service. When I returned 4 hours later, it wasn’t done. I spoke to the front desk and told them I wanted my room done. I left and when I came back in the evening it wasn’t done. Very dissatisfied!!

Nice semi-secluded property. Rooms were good and appeared clean. Staff were helpful. Only concern was eggs were cold at breakfast (even when restocked). Waffles were small and prepackaged. Very little to complain about! Would stay again.

I picked this hotel based on the reviews of having a hot tub. There is no longer a hot tub. I was highly disappointed

Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and polite; there was plenty of parking around the building, and we enjoyed spotting some local wildlife. Having a Target within walking was super convenient for amenities and other snacks, the breakfast was great, and check-out was a breeze.
